They help her organize her appointments, find rides for her, make sure she has enough food in the house, go shopping for her, get her medications, help her arrange and organize her medications, take care of odd jobs around the house, find a dog sitter or walk the dog themselves, make sure she's getting proper medical care, confirm her appointments and probably 1000 other things that my mom has them do on a daily basis. They are very kind compassionate and loving with her. They communicate to my brothers and me how she is doing and are available on a moments notice to do things that come up in on an emergency basis as well. Highly recommend!

Their guidance on recommended restaurants to visit after each round of golf close to the course was much appreciated. With one member having special dietary requests, the restaurants recommended fully supported his needs. We utilized Tick Tock's grocery service and they fully delivered all requests before our arrival and even made some adjustments to help accommodate our individual's dietary needs without prompting. Their responsiveness in communications was outstanding throughout. I also believed their service charges were very reasonable and commensurate with the services they provided. I will definitely be using Tick Tock in the future if the opportunity presents itself and would recommend their services to family and friends traveling to the Asheville area.

The thought of flying across the country with our dog and my mom, having a 2.5 hour drive from Nashville to Knoxville AND then doing all the shopping for the meal, the food prep ect....just really sounded like ALOT! I discussed my idea for a plan with Roy about 2 weeks in advance. I placed an online pick up order for groceries and the Sunday before Thanksgiving Roy picked up the order , drove it 45 min away to our home , put the perishables in the fridge and arranged the pantry items on the counter.
