We recently checked out Superb Thai Sushi in Nampa, and it ended up being a great experience…read more Our order included the Ultimate Sushi Roll, Kamikaze Roll, Crispy Chicken, and Beef Pho. Since the restaurant combines Thai and Japanese cuisine, we were curious to see how everything would come together--and it absolutely delivered. The sushi rolls were large, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The restaurant operates as counter-service, where you order and pay upfront, but there is seating available. We decided to dine in and were still impressed by how attentive and friendly the staff was. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the setup was convenient with fountain drinks, a refrigerator stocked with bottled beverages, and both hot and cold water available. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from traditional Thai favorites to specialty sushi and nigiri, which made choosing tough--in the best way. The crispy chicken stood out as flavorful but unexpected. It's fried and coated in a sweet, tangy sauce with a little kick, served over rice. Not what I imagined, but still very enjoyable. The beef pho was solid. While I personally would've liked a bit more broth, the portion size--especially the noodles--was extremely generous. The highlight, however, was definitely the sushi. If you're someone who loves sushi but has been underwhelmed by many spots in the Treasure Valley, this place is worth checking out. The Ultimate Roll is huge and could easily be shared by two or three people. Overall, Superb Thai Sushi offers great portions, friendly service, and a menu that hits both Thai and sushi cravings. We'll be back.

Never again , so many sushi places that know what they are doing but not this place . Sushi looks old and dated , doubt it's fresh . Had to order a soup hopefully it will be ok . But the worst sushi experience ever . Pho was just ok . Ramen House is much better . I would definitely stay away from any fish meat .

And honestly? We keep coming back. I know everyone compares it to Ahi because there really aren't that many sushi places in Eagle, but they fill different moods for us. Ahi feels more like somewhere you go for a quieter dinner or work conversation. Glory is where we go when we want an easy 45-minute lunch without making it a whole event. Their lunch bento boxes are super affordable, portions are solid, and we've never had trouble getting seated quickly. It's casual, low-pressure, and easy to pop into in the middle of the day. No long wait, no complicated parking situation, no "do we need a reservation?" discussion. We've gone quite a few times now and it's become one of those reliable local spots when you just want a quick sushi lunch that doesn't destroy your budget. For Eagle especially, that alone makes it worth supporting.
