The taste of rancid oily meat filled my mouth. I tried to power through it. I even dumped the yummy green salsa on it, but I couldn't do it. I spend 14.95 on a burrito and threw it away after I had only eaten a 1/4 of it. And I am NOT a picky person. Lots of grizzle in the meat ... bleck. I couldn't do it. I should have known when I saw the food truck in town had about 30 people outside of it and this had one. I feel sorry for this place ... We discovered Miner's Grab N Go a couple of years ago, and we've been "grabbing" lunch there once or twice a week ever since. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, reasonably priced, and served quickly by a friendly, welcoming staff. I recently started using their online ordering system, and it's incredibly convenient. My longtime favorite has been the Mother Lode Nachos, but lately I've been hooked on the wet burrito with barbacoa pork and their spicy green sauce. My wife's favorite is the Super Taco with chicken. If you're passing through or live nearby, I highly recommend giving them a try. My only wish is that the grill were open on weekends!
