Mine was a huge disappointment for these reasons: 1) two microthin slices of tofu. Traditional Bahn Mi are packed with the protein, what ever it is. 2) no pickled veges in the sandwich, not even a sliced onion. Again, a Traditional Bahn Mi has lots of greens and pickled veges. This sandwich had a few carrot strips snd one cilantro leaf! 3) the sauce seemed to be a "doctored up" version of a locally made hot sauce with 2 small sliced jalapeno pieces added. The baguette was good, but I ordered the BahnMi for the full sandwich. I do hope they are more realistic and generous with the meat in a meat Bahn Mi. There are some great pictures on line of how fully packed a BahnMi is. Its worth a look.
