This cart gets great reviews for a reason! We got Barbacoa and chicken tacos. The barbacoa was tender, flavorful, all the right things. Sometimes chicken tacos lack luster and they give you diced-ish chicken. Not here! It's tinga style chicken, so it's shredded and juicy and a teeny bit spicy. Tacos are traditional- cilantro, onion, protein, and they add a good salsa on top too! The red sauce is pretty hot, if you're into that. But, the tortillas! They are homemade and they are like soft little pillows to cradle your food. They don't fall apart either, like a lot of corn tortillas do when you pick them up. They are so, so good.
