That clinched it. We went for lunch and my wife had the Ubon chicken soup and I had the Beef chimichurri salad. We loved them both! The chimichurri had just the right amount of flavor and the lemon vinaigrette was perfection. Definitely would go here again if we're in the area.

I got a large romaine salad with chicken. It was plain, but in a good way. I don't know what it is about Joseph and Enterprise, Oregon, but the size of their salads is about five times bigger than where I'm from, and I'm loving it. It was hard for me to finish because it was so big, and I am a big eater. The lettuce tasted very fresh, and the dressing tasted homemade. Regarding the service, the woman who greeted and served me was extremely polite. She checked on me often, filled my water every time it was down a couple of ounces, and seemed very kind. I would say the service was great. When it comes to the ambiance, this place is a trip. Honestly, I did a double take and walked in and out a couple of times because I wasn't sure it was a restaurant. I thought it was a pet shop. I honestly could not tell. To me, it was definitely quirky, but it fit the overall vibe of the town of Joseph. I really enjoyed watching all of the customers come in with their dogs. The dogs were so happy and immediately got treats. It was dog heaven, to be honest. It made me think about my dog, who is no longer with us, in kind of a sad way. At the same time, it made me want another dog. The next time I'm in Joseph, I'll definitely be stopping back by here to grab a bite.

I had a…read morechicken teriyaki bowl and the chicken was overcooked and leathery, and the teriyaki sauce was overwhelmingly sweet. As far as the service goes, it took forever to get the drinks we ordered, and the food took a long time as well. After waiting 15 minutes for the desserts we ordered we decided to leave. We had to adjust the bill ourselves to deduct the dessert since the waitress didn't come back after leaving the bill. There aren't many restaurants in the area but we won't be back to this one.
