Josh meticulously covered every single detail about our garage doors, their intricate parts, nice to know facts , programming the remotes and where the problem areas lied. While observing him make the repairs, I was intrigued how he would verbally explain to me exactly what he was doing and why -without taking his eyes off the work at hand. When I followed up to schedule they were very accommodating, and made an appointment for the following week at a day/time that was convenient for us. The tech who came to do the install was very punctual and professional. He explained everything after the install was complete, and demonstrated the safety features since we have young kids. From start to finish they were very friendly, responsive, and professional and made the process incredibly easy and smooth. While I hope I don't need to replace my garage door openers again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Adams Door Company to anyone in need of their services!

The machines allow you to dump recyclables in which is nice, but every time I've been, there's been a line of people with a gazillion recyclables. The machines aren't perfect either, and sometimes they reject things that are worth 5 cents so you have to bring those to get manually counted. There's also people who try to recycle things that obviously don't have a deposit (milk jugs, Gatorade bottles), so this also slows down the line. Tip: I recommend bringing someone with you to help unload your car and load the machines because there are no carts.

I've owned a bicycle as a preTeen when I'd ride the one way distance of about 23 miles from North Beach San Francisco to the Golden Gate Bridge, then through Mill Valley, then UP to the Mt Tamalpais peak, then speed down without brakes to Stinson Beach and lunch, then ride back at young age of 14 ! I was young BUT knew enough to stop in Sausalito for fish & chips at the then famous Arthur Treachers Fish and Chips! Those were the days! These days here in WNY I've so many flat tires on MY folding 16" ebike since we started riding our real bikes on various area biking/hiking trails since 2021! In ALL of my bicycle days of my past in Spain, France, but mostly in my San Francisco, I've maybe had two flats, back in those days when I rode on the streets and as fast as the cars next to me! Yesterday was flat number SEVEN on my 16" folding eBike and as I mentioned, we do NOT ride often, and on the bike paths we use, I'm always looking out to AVOID stones glass and bumps more than covid! When my family contacted Hamp it was smooth sailing. In one day we had everything picked and ready to go, simply amazing. The funeral home itself is the best i've ever seen. Its spacious, its beautiful, there's even a coy pond out back you can check out. I'm happy and honored my grandmothers beautiful service could be held here. Not only was everything seamless, but they had water bottles out for everyone, they even had the priest stop in to give a wonderful prayer towards the end of the wake, this would have meant the world to my grandmother. Everyone who attended even said it was one of the most beautiful wake & funerals they have attended. On the day of the funeral, everyone was organized and helpful to make everything happen perfectly, it was truly a relief. Buying a…read morehome is one of the biggest financial hits I've ever made, and I wanted to be certain I had someone be as critical and honest as possible about my potential home. I made a Facebook post that asked something like "Who is the best home inspector in Buffalo, NY and the world?" I received TWO recommendations on this Facebook status for Jon from friends who don't know each other, and a third person who confirmed his work. For my first home inspection, I brought along 4 others (which Jon had no problem with). Two people were mentors who have bought several homes, one was a friend, and the fourth was my landlord who is also an inspector. After being in the basement for awhile, everyone was fairly confident it was a strong foundation... except Jon. He noticed a hidden issue that could've been blown off but he's so thorough he would never overlook something even mildly questionable. He explained what he was noticing (as he explains as he goes, and puts everything on the inspection report) and eventually found the culprit. What he found compromised the integrity of the basement's foundation in such a drastic way that it is a dangerous home to live in. The most impressive thing about this is that NO ONE else noticed (even the other inspector there AND the renovators of the home who have been redoing homes for decades). I could give several examples of his expertise and thorough work but that would make this too long. After my first inspection my landlord (again, also an inspector) looked at me and said "I can't believe he found that. This guy is good." Also, the mentor couple told me they'll be using Jon for all of their future inspections. On top of his great work, he is super friendly, making all of us laugh the majority of the inspection (even with all the bad news), he responds to texts and calls quickly, and he goes out of his way. For example, he did a radon test a different day after my last inspection to give me time to think about if I was sure about buying the home. He came back a separate day to fly his drone over one of the homes because it was raining the day of the inspection. He also picked up my water bottle I left in one of the homes. He sends the reports out in a very timely manner. Etc etc etc. Cooper Professional Home Inspections is every dishonest real estate agent's worst nightmare. Does Yelp have 6 stars?
