I've really been pushing to buy everything locally instead of on Amazon, at Walmart, etc. I called…read morethe other day inquiring about getting some additional straps to secure my bikes to my trunk mount rack - the person on the phone advised "Well your rack should have straps on it" and he argued with me a little bit about how I wanted some extras to keep it safe, and he advised "well we don't sell bungie cords", which is not what I was looking for. Thule sells extra bike straps on their website- these things exist. Then I asked if they had covers for it to keep the bikes from getting dirty when you drive with them on the rack. His reply: "That's the price you pay for carrying your bikes on the back of the car." Extra straps and covers exist, so I'm not sure why the attitude was necessary. Needless to say I'm not going to shop there going forward- I don't appreciate being spoken down to.

The shop is super clean with everything in it's place, neat and orderly. Quite a few shops I've been in things are piled all over in disarray so this was nice, easy to see what's for sale. There were accessories like locks, bells, seats, tubes plus a good variety of new bikes. The prices seemed really great for a bike shop. I can't write about service but I would definitely bring my bike here and try it if needed. The parking lot and entrance are in the back enter from the side street....easy peasy. They have a good system with signs reminding you of the rules without sounding judgmental. I came in with a well loved bike needing a serious tune up. Both staff were very friendly and gave my bike a quick look over with specific explanations of what I needed and why. They gave me a price estimate right away; something I truly appreciate. It was a quick turnover so I came back a few days later and staff was just as friendly and helpful as the first visit.
