This is a long due review, I had a package for 6 sessions of laser hair removal and I totally recommend this place! Very clean and organized, appointments are on time and they have a nice and knowledgeable team. Bobby was really nice, Dory is super friendly and accommodating. Once I had Dr. Ciocchetti call me personally to reschedule an appointment and make sure they found a time that worked for me, which shows that they really care. As for the treatment, I got good results from the hair removal in the bottom part of my legs, even though I might need a couple of sessions more to be 100% hair free. I wish I had trusted my instincts before going to see April. As others mentioned, the prices seemed far too low. After my first visit, I know why they were so low. I had more units from April than I have had with any other provider and the results were by the far the worst and lasted a fraction of the time. Within two weeks of my initial visit my eyebrows began to overarch and my lids drooped to the point where it was difficult to see. In addition to the problems with my vision, it was incredibly embarrassing to have coworkers and friends point out that I clearly had bad work done. I called April and her initial response was a snarky "well this happens sometimes". I went in for the 'free' touch up and again April started with the 'this happens', which caused anxiety and fear that a 'touchup' would just make things worse. Instead of offering any assurance, April insisted she needed to take notes so she was prepared to defend herself if I wrote a bad review. April then went on to say 'well I don't know I even want to do the touch up if you're just going to write a bad review'. I said I wasn't trying to hurt her business and I just wanted my face fixed, to which April responded "You can't hurt my business I have 700+ 5 star reviews". I ended up getting the 'touch up' and left. I have roughly 20 units left with April from a package I bought, but I will never go back. The touch up never kicked in. I went about a month with crazy looking arched brows and droopy lids. On a positive note, the results only lasted about 1.5 months and then all signs wore off. I held off on writing a review because I didn't want to read some snarky and rude response from April, but I recently went to a Medical Spa (a true medical spa-not just one woman in a rented office space), who were so incredibly kind and provided a thorough treatment and desired results. Your first appointment with a new provider should not be super quick, and you want someone who is going to take time to analyze your face. I want people to know that this isn't normal or okay and there are much better options close by. Providing a 'free touchup' isn't exceptional service, it's a standard among reputable providers. If you're like me, you probably went to April because of all of her reviews, but don't be fooled- she buys them. I've received non stop emails on promos, discounts and bundles. If you read some of April's responses to negative reviews, you'll see she offers to 'touch up' but only if you take down your negative review. Save yourself time and money and avoid a potentially bad experience and just go somewhere else. read more
