Dr. Renee and her staff have been amazing since I started seeing her almost a month ago. I've had terrible pain that my last chiropractor was never able to diagnose or fix. After getting x-rays taken, she was able to figure out what treatment I needed, and I can honestly say I feel so much better already, in terms of mobility and not feeling so stiff or tight in my upper back/neck anymore. I've been going to Dr. Rene for almost twenty years! She is amazing, just like her staff! She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and compassionate. I rarely give 5 stars because if everyone does that then people wonder if they are legit....I would never think of giving her LESS than 5. She has diagnosed more things with me and was more helpful with a severe toe injury than the stupid "Foot Specialist" that I saw. He gave me 4 minutes for my $70 copay, whereas, with Dr Renee, she spends the time needed. She isn't walking out the door as you are trying to get your questions in(yes the foot dr actually did that at my post op appt). She was the one to say I needed PT, not him and she was the one to check my feet and tell me that my hips were off due to the injury and ultimately show me why I needed orthotics. Dr. Renee is wonderful! She is really helping get my neck back in shape. She is incredibly smart, as gentle as she can be, and I feel does the least amount of manipulation to get the muscles and bones to do what they need to do. I like that! I started going here after being hit by a drunk driver. Dr. Renee and Maggie are AWESOME! I couldn't function without their care! They offer a variety of services, with a real personal touch (no pun intended). I can always count on a smile or a laugh when I go there, which I can't say for every medical office visit I go to. Dr. Renee and her staff are very attentive, caring, and professional. I came to her because I hurt my back. I was nervous because I hadn't been to a chiropractor in many, many years, and I wasn't sure how I felt about chiropractic help. After only one visit she really eased the pain in my back with a few adjustments, and also provided me with cupping treatment. Dr. Renee gave me tips on stretching, and what stretching tools to use. If you're an athlete, trainer, active in fitness, have some nagging pain issue, or just a need a great chiropractor I would recommend Dr. Renee every time. read more

5 stars wfor the session itself. 0 stars for the administrative portion. Which is why it's a 3star review. When I went in for my son and my first appointment, we were greeted by locked doors. I informed the dr of the times posted for hours and said they needed to update it. The session was great for both my son and me. We felt great no pain. She wanted me to get x-rays of my lower back due to arthritis and didn't ant to increase damage and would call to schedule the next session when she received them. That's fine. Went and got it done. A month later I still didn't have a phone call for an appointment AND to add salt to the wound, I received a very confusing bill of over $200 and saying I'm 31-60days overdue on my payment! WHAT?!? Where was the first bill?! I have called to find out about this bill but either left a message with billing or a message "you have dialed an incorrect extension" then hung up on. UPDATE 2/24/2020 I received a bill that showed a balance and I was 121+ days over due. In the before mentioned comment, I THOUGHT I had paid everything in full AND was TOLD I was paid in full. I know what I need to pay for the office visit and what extras may come. BUT, when I don't receive a bill in a timely manner, that is not ok! So I have dropped from 3 stars to 1star. They did send my x-ray report to my doctor. read more

I have been seeing Dr Renee for years for spinal maintenance but today was one of the times in my life where I needed her for an injury. I fell and landed full weight on my left hand and ended up in the ER with an injured left shoulder. Dr Renee has been an important part of my healing process. I felt better after my first visit with her, but today was a MILESTONE! When I went in there today I felt I was at about 50%.(day one after the fall was 0% to set the gauge). Dr. Renee gave my baby girl her first adjustment when she was born. She is amazing and I won't trust my neck and back to anyone else but her! BEWARE!! This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a Chiropractic office. I would have given zero stars, if it was an option!! Before scheduling my appointment, I inquired about my insurance provider. I was ensured that they accepted my insurance. I was told all I was responsible for on my end was a $30.00 co-pay. After my appointment, I paid immediately in full. I even returned for several other visits, and always paid immediately. After my first visit, my insurance provider changed. This was never a problem. A few months after my initial visit, when I was at a different appointment, I was informed they were having problems with my first insurance provider honoring my claim. Upon hearing this, I offered to call my old insurance company to find a resolution. I was told not to worry about it. The receptionist told it was no problem at all, that these things happen all the time and I had no reason for concern. Months later I ended up losing my job, and my insurance. As a result I had to move out of state. So, I obviously did not return for any more appointments once I moved. Over a YEAR after my first appointment I received a bill in the mail at my new address from Mountain View Chiropractic for over $300. I called to find out what was going on. They told me my insurance from the first visit never ended up resolving the payment. They told me I now owed them over $300.00 for my first appointment. I reminded them that I payed what I was told I owed the day of the appointment. I also explained that I had lost my job, and could not afford such a hefty bill. I would have never went to them for that price in first place. The only reason I bring up my employment situation, is because they told me that they knew I lost my job, based on a conversation with another patient who I used to work with. So, they obviously disregarded any moral code with patient confidentiality. They were talking about my personal situation with another patient. I find this to be completely unethical and unprofessional. I asked why they waited over a YEAR to inform me of this. They had no reason. I refused to pay, since I paid what I was told I owed already. They have since sent this to a collection agency and now have affected my credit standing due to their own negligence, and lack of communication. I have been to several Chiropractic offices all over the country, and have never encountered anything like this. I have also never neglected to pay any bill in my entire life. Please beware, avoid this business! read more
