Olger is one of those contractors who is genuinely a pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, responsive, dependable, and, perhaps most importantly, on time. When he commits to a schedule, he follows through. That level of reliability is especially valuable when coordinating work across a large HOA community. The quality of his work has been excellent. Olger and his team repaired and restored our iron railings, thoroughly removed rust, and repainted them, bringing them back to a clean, refreshed appearance. They also painted metal fences throughout the community, painted gas lines, completed masonry repairs, and handled various other improvement and maintenance projects. The attention to preparation and detail really shows in the finished work. What impressed us most was the overall care Olger puts into his projects. He doesn't simply get the job done--he takes the time to do it properly and makes sure the finished product looks professional and lasts. His work has made a noticeable improvement to the appearance and upkeep of our community. Their initial quote is always competitive, however, as the work makes progress, you will find many things that were not included in the original estimate. Therefore, if you're not knowledgeable enough, your final quote might end up being much higher than the initial estimate. For example: we paid almost 10K+ to remodel one room and they left one wall unfinished because they said it was not included (we thought it was). So make sure you have all the nitty gritty details written down in your estimate to avoid confusion later. Also, their work hasn't stood the test of time. We noticed many things have started to fall apart not too long after the work was completed - example : our LVP is peeling off in low traffic areas, leakage under the shower door and under sink, multiple door hinges have already broken, the floor has uneven spots despite paying extra to flatten it, etc. The work looks nice in the beginning but after a while you'll start noticing where they made compromises to make it "affordable". In terms of communication, they are pretty responsive. We haven't had major issues with Alexa, Sam, Camilo, Dan other than occasional misalignment between everyone.

His estimate was for a set fee and not by the hour which appealed to me better. (Although if something unexpected has occurred I would have negotiated an increased price, I feel I have often been overcharged by other contractors working by the hour. Fortunately this work went as planned.) He was on time. He brought a helper. Their work was neat and professional. They cleaned up well after themselves. They did kitchen and bath recaulking, interior ceiling patch and repair, exterior faucet replacement and tub/shower faucet replacement. Plus several other projects like a window screen repair. They installed an access door for bathroom plumbing where there had not been one before, and charged only a little extra plus the cost of the hatch door they purchased for me. They put a pan I had purchased under my washer without additional charge. What a relief to have so much deferred maintenance all nicely fixed at a reasonable price!
