Then I received a text saying it was delayed 45 minutes....okay, I can deal. 3pm still no order delivery. My husband has cancer and I'm on oxygen. Neither of us were able to dig either vehicle out. I tried various avenues to get this resolved. I will be fair and say that I was more than slightly pissed off, mostly because of the lack of accountability and failed customer service. At 67 and 60 with health issues, instead of getting food that the money was taken out of our checking account, we are out of the money, given a bunch of blaming others. Even when, at 8:25 at night ( almost 12 hours since placing my order). I even suggested calling one of the local taxi services here in Greeneville to please help fix the issue. Instead I got a smart ass young man(?) reminding me that my opinion or the health of my husband isn't important because they will still make billions of $$$. Guess we now know where Walmart.com places and our local Greeneville Walmart places customer service.

WARNING!!!!!! This Walmart now allows ALL animals in the store besides Service dogs. I have…read morepersonally seen 2 dogs in a shopping cart as well as other dogs. THESE ARE NOT Service dogs!!!! My friend personally saw a dog squat and deficate in the aisle while the owner watched and then ducked down another aisle. I have been told by employees they are not to say anything. One employee in tears told me she had to empty a cart because a dog deficated in it and the owner hid the cart in the clothing section. On another visit an employee was wiping up dog urine from the floor. Today I was told a customer came in with a goat riding in the cart. I contacted OSHA and they said they woild look into it. That was a month ago. I also emailed corporate about it and got the b s story they try to please all customers. Maybe if more people complained something would be done. I suggest taking pictures of this as I have and as a last resort contact the tv stations.

As you walk in you walk up to the counter where you will look through the menu and order your food. You will then find your perfect seat and anticipate your menu selection. The owner/staff are so friendly and honestly treated us as welcomed neighbors. I love meeting people and great conversation and that is exactly what my experience was. We both ordered the Monster breakfast $8.89 (2 Eggs, 1 Biscuit & Gravy, 2 Pancakes, & coffee) yes it came with coffee... awesome right!!!! It really is a Monster of a breakfast..... the biscuit and gravy are homemade and delicious, the biscuit was perfectly baked, soft and flavorful. The pancakes are HUGE and very fresh. I'm looking forward to working my way through the menu, not only for breakfast but I will be back for lunch and dinner. I can see myself doing a few pickups as well... Thank you for the hospitality. You can pretty much buy half-price dry goods that are almost, just barely, or long since past the expiration date. For T.P., laundry soap, and last-forever Twinkies, this is a spot that can save you some money. Much of the food looks perfectly fine to me. Well within date, undamaged, and clean. Wifey isn't big on eating past-date stuff. Me, if it's nearly spoil-proof stuff like dry pasta, granola bars, specs, etc, it's sometimes worth saving a buck to get something that expired last week. I kinda dig these places. It's like a challenge to find stuff I'd normally use and save money. Unchecked, I can be like your crazy Aunt Gert at a yard sale though. Buying things I've never wanted and won't see again until Aunt G. and I host our own yard sale. What's hard about these places is that, unlike your neighborhood grocery, you can't usually run down your grocery list and come here knowing that what you desire is here today. The stock varies depending on what the proprietor can score.
