No school is without problems but I find the staff here do their very best to tune into the children and have activities that easily allow the children to be excited about school. My oldest just left and I wish we could've stayed longer! She was already reading in wonderful Ms. Najat's class and able to count to 1000! She's a five star teacher. All the teachers truly love what they do. The food is prepared there in the kitchen, the facility is kept clean, and the staff is very friendly! Drop off can be a doozy but I have never had to worry about my children here.

He started out with Mrs. Julie then had Ms. Karissa and then moved up to have Ms. Eva. My son is now 5 and he has graduated but each of these employees are still with Springstone. The employees are amazing and go above and beyond to teach the kids lesson needed for everyday. Their Montessori curriculum is taught daily, in all ages. Kids are taught love, respect and discipline. The classroom sizes are small and the teachers all work together. Ms. Melissa, Ben, and all other members of the staff have always been there to help. I highly recommend Springstone and would choose this school over any other school.

This establishment is extremely closed minded and transphobic. I wouldn't recommend this place to…read moreanyone. A complete waste of money, time, resources, and emotional/mental energy. Your child is not safe here. The staff is not properly trained due to higher ups prioritizing money over their students and staff. Linda is by far the worst school higher up i have ever encountered in a school system. She doesn't investigate crucial issues in her facility. She does not have anyones interest but her own in mind. She refused to have anyone answer why my daughter was refused access to their facility even though they are staffed and she has a contract with the state. A "I dont know." Is unacceptable for their line of work. Linda much rather punish you, your child, and her staff for her own incompetence. Please reconsider enrolling your child else where before here. Sincerely, a very concerned parent.

I was supersized I read so many negative reviews of this place. I will say prior to my son…read moreattending this place we had the worst experience with the public school preschool program and special education classroom. At the previous school my child was hit by a teacher and we created an investigation. So I wanted my child to be in an educational system in which I could have access to video monitoring services and one that held teachers accountable. So I as any parents of a little one I was skeptical of every place that I went to observe and I ended liking kiddie academy because of their philosophy, rules, and how they hold teachers accountable. My child has a few couples of days getting used to his new school and he did bite a child one day and got suspended. However in no time he learned to get a long with the rest of the children and be friends with children. I saw my child grow as the little butterfly he is and be confident in his social skills and educational journey. He was able to graduate from pre-K with his peers and do the summer program as well. He loved it so much that me that he is in kinder he tells me he misses Kiddie academy friends and teachers. The team is amazing and wonderful and I will forever be grateful they took care of my little one as one of theirs.

Despite the multiple discussions with management and staff, my 2 year old son continued to be bitten. The management had an attitude of "kids will be kids" and not an attitude of how to make sure he and the other children were not bitten. One or two bites may be a toddler behavior but not 32. The lack of care, or plan put in place was the reason we had to disenroll. It was not fair to my son to go to school everyday in that type of environment. The only reason I didn't give it one star was because there were a couple teachers I liked at the school.

She came home different brand of diapers, much smaller than her size. She had multiple diaper rashes. They would hand us random jackets/blankets when we would pick her up, with other children's names on them. I met the teachers maybe once and barely had anything to say about how our daughter was handling her first few weeks. We are in the midst of a pandemic so we excused not meeting them often yet they didn't seem to even want to meet us, we had to make that push which is ridiculous for a daycare. I finally met a few but there was no consistency on who was taking care of our daughter. One day she came home with the worst diaper rash we had ever seen. Open blisters, up and down her diaper area. We had to take her to an afterhours pediatrician to get an emergency prescription for cream to apply for infection. The pediatrician told us that it was due to an extremely long exposure to a dirty diaper, most likely poop which caused the infection. They hadn't even called to tell us she had such a bad diper rash. So, we placed a notice that we would be removing her from the school. No questions why, just a "Thank you" and a hang up. Well, when my husband arrived to pick up her things, they could not find her EpiPen. First the director told him that I never brought one. I denied that. She then told him that I had picked it up, which was just not true. She finally told him that I never filled out paperwork for an allergy and that there was no EpiPen there for our daughter. All untrue. He told her he wouldn't be leaving until they found the pen. They finally found it, complete with the paperwork my I submitted; in the freezer! This completely damaged it and cannot be used. Our daughter could have died if her EpiPen was not located in time. I'm sure other children could be in danger here as well for the same reasons. Do not send your toddlers here.
