I scheduled an appointment and received no clear guidance ahead of time. The address I found was wrong, sending me to the wrong location first. Despite that, I still made it early to the correct location. I then had to fill out a lengthy intake form on my phone while already in significant pain (my carpal and cubital tunnel, making it feel like my hands were going to explode) sharing my entire history of injuries, surgeries, and maladies. After spending all that time and painful effort, I was told I had to reschedule. I live almost an hour away. The lack of clear communication, the wrong address, and having to go through that whole painful process, only to be dismissed, was exhausting and disappointing. This experience left me feeling unheard, totally uncared for, and I truly hope they improve. read more

Scam! Total rip off! They are trying to bilk my insurance out of $500. for doing absolutely NOTHING! I went there for a spinal fracture and they met me and made me schedule another appt each appt cost me $75. So on my second appt they said I need to schedule time with them for PT. I told them I already do it at home and now they send me an invoice saying I owe them $30. from a $500. invoice to my insurance carrier? Run don't walk from these scammers! read more

If you are in bad pain from sacroiliac issue they will call it acute and send you away telling you they cannot help you your. It in chronic pain! Everyday for 4 years? Greetings, Just a heads up that you should AVOID Mountain View Pain Center if at all possible. If you have legitimate chronic pain issues, that requires medication, they will routinely make you pee in a cup and completely analyse anything in your system (i.e. alcohol, etc.). They also REQUIRE you to use their "system" or services, to stay in the "program" - which involves expensive physical therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, etc. I spent $1,890 in one year not including two MRIs. And, you should never expect to see a patient survey - as they really don't want to know your feedback. And they reference a pain management "contract" which I signed over a year ago - and don't even have a copy of. The "twisting" of services, the clear focus on revenue and the exceptionally high priced services - that you're required to take to stay in the "program" - are disappointing for sure - and, I believe, illegal. Skip the aggravation and go to Centura or perhaps another customer driven facility - with all the resources and talent to provide true comprehensive care. I am extremely disappointed with this doctor's office. When I called to ask if they do IV sedation they said yes, they do not. When I met with a randomly assigned Dr. to my case I thought this individual would be the Dr. performing the actual injections, nope! They have one main Dr. that on surgery days gets people in and out within 10 minutes, not even having you change into a robe. They didn't even speak clearly to me while doing the injection so I knew step by step what was happening in real-time. They want to get as many people in as they can in a short amount of time. They claim they can help with pain medication, and they just try everything in the book they can without even discussing if they really worked or not, they don't even go over your urine sample with you, and if they think down the road you will be a candidate for over the counter pain meds or not. I come here for massages with Joli! She is super sweet and very knowledgable about health and alternative healing practices. Best of all she focuses where you ask her to focus (my shoulders are always sore, for example) and makes sure she gives you recovery advice for later that day. I've only visited with Dr Casey once. He was great--friendly, competent--but obviously rushed. I'm not surprised with this place being as popular as it is, and he slowed down when I asked him to, and reassured me he wasn't going to accidentally injure me. (My biggest chiropractor fear!) and I would be doing him (and the entire populace who is interested in men) a disservice by not mentioning that he is ridiculously good-looking. read more

I'm from California and needed to continue PT for partial rotator cuff tear while I was in CO. Liz did evaluator and reviewed CA notes and worked on shoulder. She was great. Then Went to Centennial office, closer, and saw Jessie 3x. She is also very knowledgeable and really helped me along. I would love to give you a review on the quality of the care but sadly I wasn't even cared for. I walked in yesterday after being recommended to them for imaging on my back and I must admit I walked in at 12:20 and they closed at 1pm. I was still hoping they would at least give me the X-rays since I was in so much pain. They decided that it would take too long (45 minutes so they would go over 10 minutes after closing time) so they wanted to schedule me for Monday and I politely declined and took my money else where. read more

So when you go to a doctor versus a Physicians assistant and a doctor gives you medication and you take it,they put you in violation of something a doctor gives you after surgery. if you don't know what the medication is and fill it... you have to call them and ask permission to get it filled whether or not it was prescribed by your doctor or an emergency room doctor. Sorry but the chances are most are going to believe a doctor or your doctor..who knows what your taking daily. An assistant when I started going there everything seem fine, and when you get told that you have to wait two extra days for an appointment, and have no pain medicine for the 2 days you have to wait...and it doesn't show up in your system when doing UA, they put you in violation because they believe you are not taking it... so if your going to them be careful of what you take and what you don't otherwise you get you get kicked from the system because the doctor who gave you medication that you needed, because they the clinic forget to fill your prescription that you just went over with them... and not receive it, and you call and call with no response... just remember it's your fault that they messed up. Oh and... if your medication is stolen... it's a violation of your agreement. Even though you have no control over a theft occurring in or on your property. Unbelievable... read more

I originally came to this office in the winter of this year when I had a dislocated rib from a skiing injury and saw Dr. Biggs. He helped me heal quickly and naturally. I came back here recently for jaw pain from TMJ and hip pain from a separate injury, and now I see Dr. Seth Means in the same office. Dr. Means has been so helpful to me on my healing journey. He has a gentle touch and a delightful bedside manner, with deep knowledge on how to address each of my ailments. He has been instrumental in helping me manage my pain for both hip and jaw, and makes great suggestions on how to care for these injuries on my own, aside from just more chiropractic visits. I had gone to physical therapy, but it wasn't until I started going to MVPC that I started to experience less pain and was able to return to my normal activity level. This place is the worst place ever. I was told by the front office I had no copay for any visits for the massage Therapy. It is now almost 1 year later and they are biling me $140 dollars worth of copays. I had called previously and they said they were at fault and they were going to write off the bill. Now they are trying to send me to collections. Every time I came for massage they were asking me to tip my massage therapist. So I had no problem with that so I would tip Everytime. They billed them to my insurance company for medical therapeutic massage and would ask for a tip. They also billed under a physician I had never seen. Don't go there even if you are in pain. Go to massage envy at least you know what your getting into. read more

I saw Dr Casey because of a torn rotator. He not only has helped with pain relief but also recommended a good surgeon. One of the best chiropractors I have ever been to. I came in with back pain that traveled down the back of my leg and was having a really hard time walking, sitting, and standing. They spent extra time with me to make sure I understood why I was having pain. There front desk people are really helpful and Brandi and Jen there massage therapist are the best. Most importantly they took my insurance. My husband now goes to them and also agrees with me. I would highly recommend them if your in pain. read more
