The Willows Pavilion gives the "colorado feel" that we were looking for while still not being too far of a drive for our out-of-town guests. The day-of coordination by Maddie was spectacular and Becca was a fan favorite amongst our guests. She was attentive and made sure we had drinks in our hand all night! The Willows is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married!!! As a Colorado native I can say the site has a quintessential Colorado vibe. As the mother of the bride, I cannot say enough about how smoothly the wedding planning process went. I am so glad we chose an all-inclusive venue. This absolutely was a sanity saver as far as vendor coordination. We did some DIY decor and Kira was incredible about taking detailed notes and getting everything set up exactly as we wanted it. She was there for us with a smile and can-do spirit. Christy, our bartender was all over it getting us many assorted specialty shots. The MVP of the night was Becca our Table Captain. She brought the family appetizers and took drink orders as we waited after the ceremony for family pictures. She was delightful with our guests. Many mentioned her by name to me following the event. I would think to request something then look over to find Becca was already taking care of it. She even pulled extra clean-up duty when there was a mishap with the guest shuttle we had arranged, Thank you Becca!!! I cannot recommend Wedgewood enough. Best. Wedding. EVERRR!!! At least that is what we have been saying and what all our guests have told us over and over again. What a magical, beautiful, perfect day. We cannot thank the entire team at Wedgewood enough for making this so special and so seamless. If you are getting married, just go Wedgewood. They make everything so easy and they work with you every step of the way. From the venue to the food to the vendors, it was all seriously perfect. From day one, we walked in without an appointment because we were dead set on this venue being our venue. Marley greeted us with her awesome smile and infectious vibe and agreed to give us a last minute tour. We signed and paid that day and are so glad that they were accommodating because we cannot fathom getting married anywhere else!! Let's start with our wedding coordinator Alex, our dream come true, goddess queen. Alex introduced herself about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day and she didn't skip a beat. We probably emailed her every other day toward the end with random questions and she was always there to help. She had great energy toward both us and our guests, she was organized beyond belief and she made the whole day SOO beautiful. When we sat down to our table for the first time, there was a hand-written letter and a framed photo of us waiting from the ceremony! No idea how she pulled it off so fast, but it was such a beautiful, special touch. We also accidentally purchased non-biodegradable rose petals for the aisle, but needn't fear, Alex made sure to get us the right ones and had them out and ready to go for the ceremony. Because she's perfect. There were points where I was definitely feeling a bit anxious and Alex sat me down in a space to myself and provided me with necessary comforts to calm me down. She is thoughtful and empathetic, we couldn't have done this without her. She may have this effect on everyone, however, we felt we built such a special bond with Alex and that says so much about the people that Wedgewood chooses to hire. Everyone was commenting on her hard work and energy because she's that good. She is made for this work and we love Alex from the bottom of our hearts, for real. Next, Becca, our banquet captain....dream, legend, beast. All our guests were crushing on her by the end because she's just so badass and worked so hard the entire night! We did not have to worry about a thing, it was packed up and ready for us to grab in the morning. We hear stories about guests and the married couple needing to break down their own weddings and get it all out of there night of, not with Becca! It was handled for us and we didn't have to think twice on the night of our wedding. Becca always managed to have a drink on the way to us as well, so we never had to think twice about what we needed, she thought for us. Thanks for being perfect (heart) Twisty Christy BaBYYYY!!!! Christy was on TOP of it. If people weren't coming up to the bar, Christy was approaching them making sure they were getting exactly what they needed. Even my 4 year old nephew who was unsure of what he wanted got touched by Christy's greatness. She proposed a mocktail that he couldn't refuse and continued to check on him, remembering his name and all We love you Christy! DJ Katie, girl....slay. Katie had to fill in last minute due to an emergency with our original DJ, and it went off without a hitch. Naturally when you're getting married there is a lot to plan and consider, so it would have been easy for us to feel the stress of such a last minute change. However, Katie made it all happen and more. She didn't skip a beat and we are so impressed with her ability to jump in and get the job done. She even came out on the dance floor to party with us a few times, which all our friends are still talking about. But that is the Wedgewood experience, it feels like everyone involved is a part of the party and it was really a familial experience the entire way through. And to the rest of the Wedgewood team that took care of us that night that we did not get as much interaction with, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our server Callie, was attentive, kind, and busting her butt with a smile on her face. Nate on Prep, the food was AMAZING, everyone was so happy. The most magical day! We got married at the Lakeview side of Mountain View Ranch this past weekend, and it was truly the most magical day. Everything went so smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff handled every detail perfectly so we could just be present and enjoy it all. All of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the food, the service, and how beautiful everything was. The entire team worked so hard and did such an incredible job bringing everything together. A HUGE thank you to Jacky, our day of coordinator, and Becca, our banquet captain, for making the day feel effortless and special. Both of you were absolutely amazing. We had such a perfect wedding at Mountain View Ranch. Our coordinator, Abby, was really sweet and took great care of our friend when he had altitude sickness. Our bartender, Denise, did a great job with my signature cocktail and they were a big hit. Thanks to Maleah, Kyle, Marley, Tyler, and Sebastian for a great dinner service! Their process made planning so much easier - we got engaged at the end of February and married on September 20th and the wedding planning process never felt overwhelming. Overall, our experience was pretty good. We had our wedding at Lake View in August 2025. The drinks, appetizers, and food were pretty standard. Our wedding was during the summer and they had an event/extravaganza during the spring where you can taste all the different options. It was a fun event and we actually won a raffle prize! All the staff were very responsive to the many questions we had, and in a pretty timely manner as well. Jacky, our day of coordinator, was exceptional. We brought a lot of items, props, decorations for our wedding and she did an amazing, creative, job in really making an already beautiful space even more exceptional. The venue was beautiful and our event went off without any major hiccups. Going with an all inclusive package, definitely helped streamline our wedding planning process. A couple things to keep in mind: 1. While invitations were included, the way it works is that they give you a credit based off of the number of people you are inviting. There were a couple of decent wedding invitation options that were within the amount that was given to us, but if you want nicer invitations you have to pay more for those. We ended up going with invitations from another company 2. While flowers were included, they only included the bridal flowers, center pieces, and bouquet for the head table 3. The biggest thing we wished was conveyed to us ahead of time before signing our contract was that the get ready suites for the bride and groom are only available 2 hours prior to the event start time, which really isn't enough time at all especially for the bride and her bridesmaids. They had suggested we get ready in the Minor Family Cabin, which though has a lot of space, might be tight for an average sized wedding party 4. Cell phone service is essentially non-existent/extremely limited in the area (which is not unexpected). Unfortunately, the wifi in the cabins did not work for the weekend, so I had to run back and forth from the cabin to the main pavilion (where the event was) to send text messages/call via the wifi there. Overall, we are really glad to have had our wedding there and would recommend to others. read more

We are so glad we went with Wedgewood Weddings!! Both the ceremony and venue site are gorgeous and the onsite team is amazing. We went with this location (MVR - Willows) to enjoy the cozy Mountain scenery and peaceful stream near the ceremony site. The venue itself is nestled in pine trees and provides the perfect setting for a Colorado wedding celebration. We loved everything about it. On our wedding day, it rained a lot and our team was on top of it. They shifted the schedule around without breaking a sweat, and made sure our guests were comfortable and happy before the ceremony. I want to personally shout out our team for that day, because they went above an beyond: Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made us feel so comfortable! Truly helped us with all our needs, even last minute tasks, she was on it. We didn't have any stress that day, because we had her. She is a gem and anyone who gets her as their coordinator will be very lucky. Becca was our banquet captain. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had one. She'd pop up stealthily and appeared with whatever we unknowingly needed and then would get back to her other tasks. She kept our party going strong and made sure everyone had a great time. I couldn't put into words how incredible our experience with Wedgewood Weddings truly was. We had the absolute best experience at Mountain View Ranch. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. Our wedding coordinator, Alex, helped us so much throughout the process. She accommodate any and all of our crazy requests and was very communicative. She helped us from the very beginning with timelines and when to start ordering invitations, working with our florist, the bakery, and everything in between. On the day of she was willing to help in any possible way. She kept us organized, timely, and made sure she went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had the perfect day. She even bustled my dress much quicker than any of the rest of us could! We are so grateful we had Alex as our wedding coordinator. On our wedding day our banquet captain, Mikayla, was also super helpful and kind. She was the one that sent me down the aisle at the perfect time. It was obviously an emotional time and she was so supportive through it. During the reception she always asked if we needed anything, passed out our dance floor glow sticks, videoed our walk out, and was willing to help in any and every way. We had our grand sparkler moment after our first dance and she started and turned them off at a perfect time! The servers, Cara, Mindy, and Evie, made sure our guests were happy and fed all night. The food was absolutely incredible. We have been to so many weddings where the food was overcooked or just not great in the buffet style but everyone raved about it all night. Thanks to Nate for all the prep and Tyler for making sure we had clean dishes. We also had signature drinks at the bar among many other drinks. There was only one point when the bar had a line and Cristina and Carrie absolutely crushed it. The line moved quickly and everyone was able to enjoy the dance floor and beautiful scenery. We also loved having access to the cabins on the property for Friday and Saturday night. We had a lot of out of town guests and felt that the cabins allowed us time to spend with everyone. We had the BEST experience working with Mountain View Ranch (Lakeview) for our wedding. Initially, we went with a Wedgewood option because I liked the idea of the price being pretty clear from the get go instead of needing to shop for every single vendor and having sticker shock on the total price. The people at Wedgewood were great to work with leading up to the wedding. We were slightly nervous because we committed to the Lakeview venue before it was done being built, but it turned out so beautifully! All of the meetings leading up to the wedding made us feel confident and that we were making progress in planning our wedding. Our wedding day was where the people we were working with at Wedgewood really shined. They touched base with us as needed without feeling like we were getting pulled away from our guests, they made sure we ate and had a drink in our hand at all times, they put everything together so nicely on our different additions to make the wedding feel like "us", and made it look fantastic without needing to ask us how to make it look. Alex & Becca truly were the best in making sure we were where we needed to be when we needed to be there and made the entire day/weekend go so smoothly!! I was also nervous about going with an "all inclusive" wedding venue because you don't have vendors to shop around with and choose from. We looked into Wedgewood weddings as friends of ours had used them years ago and I remember having such a fun time at the venue, the food was good, the atmosphere was great, and staff was kind. I knew as well that Wedgewood was an all-inclusive and as a busy people who have a hard time deciding between simple things, we wanted guidance and tailored options. We toured two Wedgewood venues and fell in love instantly with Mountain View Ranch's Willows property. It was a quiet, secluded beautiful part of the property and when we got there, we felt like our event would fit so perfectly in the pine trees and fall colors in October of 2025. The planning staff was so attentive to our budget and our wants, down to the day of the week we wanted a wedding. They were not pushy and gave us space and heads up when certain dates seemed like they would go quickly. Following signing the contract the support did not waver, they had planning meetings, always responded to emails quickly and kindly. They were open to so much personalization, I (the bride) even got to design the photo strip background , make recipes for our specialty drinks, and create signs. We experienced a hiccup with the florist we were provided for centerpieces, and hopefully, they are no longer working with someone who has a do-not-compete clause. This would have prevented us from DIYing the rest of our wedding beautifully and within our budget. They did offer a second florist, but I had already decided to do the florals myself. At our, final meeting and our rehearsal we got to meet our coordinator Sarah. She is perfect. She was kind, gentle, understanding and accommodating to us. We were late to our rehearsal because I came in from Texas earlier in the week and had so much more to do than I thought. She let us bring decorations late and helped me calm down. She was so enthusiastically supportive of our vision and complimented us throughout the night of our wedding. Her note made us emotional. We love Sarah and hope she had fun working with us too. Our Banquet Captain Mikayla was soooo sweet. I think I mentioned to someone on staff that I (bride) was having some nervous fits throughout the night and did not eat much. There was a bag of food on my chair at the end of the night I got to enjoy later and the next day. Even if this happens on a regular basis, it felt personal and was such a sweet gesture that I am sure Mikayla coordinated. Our servers- Callie & Kaylee were very kind and attentive to guests. They were so sweet when I asked them to leave my plate the rest of the night so I could try to pick off of it here and there. Nate did all our prep and everything looked amazing. I was so happy to see our vision come to life from our small lanterns, crochet pumpkins, to our large guest signs with our cats pictures taking up the welcome table surface. Our bartender Christy was hilarious and kind to all the guests. She was so relatable and sweet. I appreciated how she loved the drinks dedicated to our cats. Madeline was the ultimate DJ. She was on it all night. I haven't heard so many compliments about banger after banger in a long time. She took last minute alterations to our plans, she helped us find music when we had no idea what to do. Madeline even busted out the wobble with us. Love you girl. On our wedding day, it was nothing short of magical. One of the standout features of our experience with Mountain View Ranch was how incredibly supportive they were throughout the planning process. They were always available to answer our questions, and they allowed us the flexibility to make the wedding truly our own. The only vendor that was required through them was their catering and bar services--and we're so glad it was! The food was phenomenal, and the service was top-notch. At the time we were searching for a venue, we lived in Missouri and could not come in person to tour but they were nice enough to send us videos of the venue in addition to sharing 3D virtual tours. I would give 100 stars if I could! This venue is absolutely stunning and the staff is some of the most professional, kind, and organized people I've ever worked with! We planned our whole wedding from out of state but the final product was exactly what we had envisioned, and it wouldn't have even come close without these pros to help us! The food was delicious and we were fed and watered from the moment after we said I do until the end of the night because the staff personally made sure we always had food and drinks available to us! The day of the wedding was stress free because everyone working on our wedding made us feel super confident that they had it handled. I was recently in a wedding party for a wedding at Mountain View Ranch and although the scenery is truly beautiful, I wasn't terribly impressed with everything else. First of all, don't expect to have any cell service while on the site. The office said wifi was available, but we never got it to work. The wifi name they gave us never even came up as an option. As a result we couldn't listen to music or make calls to other guests or family members. The parking situation is also a bit iffy so if you are attending a wedding, be sure to get there early so you get a parking spot. This place is definitely better suited for smaller weddings (maybe 40-50 people max). There are also no lights along the windy road leading in and out of the venue, so be careful driving after it gets dark. Watch out for deer, too. Overall it was nice enough for what it was, but I don't think I'd want to spend the money to have my wedding there. read more

As if planning a wedding amidst this pandemic wasn't hard enough, add in planning it from out of state and that just makes it more challenging and prone to disasters. Being such a planner and being so detailed minded, I was in a panic that things would go awry and was terrified of being stressed out the day of! However, everything turned out even better than what we imagined. Kristen, Dani, and the rest of the Mountain View staff were able to see our vision and made it come true. Actually, they made it even better than we imagined. They were just so easy to work with and made our day stress free and definitely a day that we will always remember and treasure! I cannot say enough about this place. They made everything so easy. I was worried about overcooked buffet food but they made sure everything was to perfection. My family is a bunch of foodies and they all raved about the food. The service was impeccable. And the ladies made my day so special. Couldn't have gone worse. Venue completely dropped the ball on ensuring their preferred shuttle service would be at the venue and when management tried to get involved they had no power to reach their preferred vendor. We had over 40 people stranded well past the end of the wedding and ended up having the groom and bride drive their guests to the guests place of stay. If you choose them stay incredibly cautious with their vendor list and who they claim to trust and back up. Would never recommend. read more

Nick and I had so much fun meeting and discussing our options with Sara Trupiano at Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch. First off, our day started by meeting this herd of deer which was so freaking magical I couldn't stop watching them. Secondly, our conversation with Sara was just fun to have, and she was so incredibly informative about the options and was able to answer our 1000 questions. What really did it for us, was the flexibility with the packages so that we could have what we wanted, and eliminate what we didn't want. In today's world, we are trying to save money everywhere we can, and the burden of knowing we were going to have to give up some of the things we wanted most so that we could just afford a nice wedding at all was debilitating; I started to get depressed about the venue picking process. I can't believe how quickly that turned around for me as we started talking about the different options we had to cut costs so we could spend the money on something that really mattered to us. Yeah, people are going to have to walk to the bar to get their champagne and wine instead of it being served fancy style, but they can grab it on the way to the photobooth. I am actually excited to wedding plan now, with no overwhelming feeling of dread that this beautiful awesome place is going to cost me the next 10 years of paychecks. I can't wait to celebrate this day with my best friend and have it look just as I have imagined it for the past few years. After getting engaged, my fiance and I went on SEVERAL appointments hoping to find our perfect mountain-inspired venue. We moved to CO together with our shared love of the mountains; we knew we had to share our incredible views with others for our wedding. Our venue search was limited by location (proximity to Denver), price (we wanted to keep our entire wedding under 30,000), and views (mountain views and woodland ceremony were mandatory!). Mountain View Ranch had all of these things, and a Saturday date available within our desired season. MVR provides all aspects of your wedding if you want them to! We saved a bit of money and made our wedding more personal by providing our own 1) invites, 2) officiant, 3) florals/decor, 4) day-of coordination. We went through Wedgewood's MVR for 1) food/drink, 2) ceremony/reception venue, 3) dessert, 4) DJ. . We had a perfect day at MVR. The weather held out for us, was a true sunny fall day. The food was DELICIOUS. Only good reviews on appetizers and dinner buffet (especially the roast beef, the rolls, and the amazing variety of salads). We had an open premium bar, we heard from family and friends some drinks might've been stronger than others, but no complaints. The venue itself was beautiful, they recently renovated a wall and converted it to windows/porch area. The outside area has lights already strung, adding to the magic. MVR allowed us to have the elegant yet rustic (without being cowboy/cowgirl) fall wedding we wanted, it turned out perfectly. So many compliments throughout the night on the location, everyone loved it. Cheers! We spent around $21,000 on the venue and it's inside vendors when all said and done. read more

Wedgewood Weddings Mountain View Ranch was everything we wanted and more! I am an event manager by profession, and I have higher expectations than most. My husband and I were engaged in mid-September 2018, and we locked Mountain View Ranch down in early October 2018. Britny took my mother and me on our venue tour. She was knowledgable, passionate, and kind from the beginning. Britny instantly put us at ease. I knew we were in good hands with her and the Mountain View Ranch team. Between our contract signing date and our wedding date, August 2, 2019, the Mountain View Ranch team was responsive. Taylor and Sarah were accommodating throughout the planning process, as well. The day of the wedding was nothing short of a dream. We were able to use Creekside dressing rooms, this was wonderful. During our photographs before the ceremony, it poured rain. The rain made for gorgeous pictures. We ended up moving the wedding inside due to the storm. Britny and Sarah made it clear this move was my decision. Our photographer requested we move the ceremony placement due to the window's reflection, and they complied without any hesitation. Post ceremony, I realized the florist forgot to remove pollen from one of the flowers on my bouquet. Pollen got on my wedding dress, and I was understandably upset. Britny leaped into action, removed the culprit flower, and washed pollen off of the rest of the bouquet. Britny's calm and helpful demeanor was what I needed at that moment. Over my time in the event industry, I've had plenty of tasty meals. I have to say Mountain View Ranch is in the top five meals I've ever had! This rating is especially impressive, considering the food comes from Ken Caryl. The reception itself was a blast! We had (80) guests at the Willows. This number was the perfect amount of guests to allow for a dance floor and buffet inside. I highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings Mountain View Ranch to anyone looking for an incredible experience. read more
