I called the next morning and she called me back at at the same time but I wasn't near my phone, stating that she would call me back first thing Monday morning. I then called Monday (three times) and did not hear back until my agent contacted her supervisor the next daym. This entire time I was without a rental car and the process has continued to be just as bad. No response, have to continually follow up, etc.. Is that how everyone is treated after a claim?
