If you plan to buy clothes here they are a little expensive but the board and ski rental prices are very competitive. They also have a convenient drop box outside so we were able to enjoy the full 3 days we rented and deposited the boards in the drop box after they were closed. Which is nice because you don't have to rush a boarding session to return the boards on time. Over all great place, made our vacation easy and simple and I would definitely recommend. Although we have not been to the other shops near by so take it with a grain of salt but "First track" is a great option in my opinion.

We put in requests at the ski resort and a few shops by the slopes to keep an eye out. As expected, we had to pay the fee for the "lost skis" but we're assured if they were turned in we would get a refund. My husband followed up after a week and the skis were not turned in. Several weeks later he got a call that they were located and a refund would be issued within the next 3-4 hours. And it was!! We learned to use Lockard after this experience. But we are so thankful the staff were honest and followed up with us as promised. Highly recommend this company for rental needs.

The store offers a small throw back to simpler times, selling anything and everything one would need for their household under one roof. They even had a slogan early on of "if you can't buy it here, you don't need it". The store offers homewares (glassware, plates, pots, pans and cast iron), decor, snack items, jelly's/jams, milled products, soaps, gifts, clothing, camping gear, and even barrels upon barrels of candy by the pound. With 2 floors fully stocked of product, it offers a glimpse of how things were in olden times. Pricing on many items is very fare, from what I saw and was able to compare. Staff were all very friendly, checking in as we shopped to see if there is anything we could be helped with. It's a fun store to poke through, with lots of nostalgia
