I've been having issues with Optum RX getting my shot to my provider on time, and Lauren has done everything possible to ensure that she has my shot well in advance. Plus, every time I see her, we pick up right where we left off. With the previous group, each time was like I was a new patient. With Lauren, you can tell she really cares about you and knows her patients like she knows her own family. The fact that I don't have to remember where I got my shot the last time is an added bonus rarely found with any physician. Now, on to their front desk people. They're like a mini welcoming committee. They're friendly and sociable and they make coming in to the office each time much more pleasant than I could have ever expected. Easy to park compared to other valley offices as there is a private lot for this plaza. The waiting room was mostly empty when I was waiting for my appointment and check in was easy. The only complaint I had which is not valleys fault were other patients coughing and sneezing and not covering their mouths. I waited maybe 10-12 minutes before a nurse took me back got my height and weight and did intake questions before my doctor came in. Very efficient wait times compared to what I've experienced at valley specialists compared to PCPs.

The staff has always processed us through rather quickly. If some people are experiencing a long wait time, it may be because the doctors take their time with patients. An emergency appointment can cut into their schedule and back up appointments. People have to expect that occasional problem and realize that they would also want the doctor to take the time if they were to experience such an emergency unscheduled appointment.
