I have seen and heard of other agents who overpromise or aren't realistic and it ends up hurting people in the process, which leads to major disappointments, like houses sitting on the market for longer than expected, offers falling through, and other surprises. No such events occurred with Gillian in three different scenarios we've had with her. In fact, quite the opposite. We've loved every house decision we've made with her - purchasing our first home here, selling that same house, and buying our new house. At no part of buying/selling, was she every pushy nor pressure us into any decision.
