Out of 5 companies we called, this was the only one that was even remotely receptive to the idea that they may have to move items up a spiral staircase inside the condo. The fact that 4 other companies declined or wouldn't even give us a straight answer was actually a really good thing, because the two employees from this company William & Jonathan were incredible! I've seen strongmen competitions where they couldn't lift heavy items as well as these two men did. William & Jonathan arrived promptly, wore masks/followed covid protocols, were exceptionally efficient in speed with which they loaded everything into the truck and are exceptionally personable. They lifted an exceptionally heavy desk up a narrow spiral staircase to the loft. They moved an entire 5 piece bar set up the narrow staircase as well as assorted computers and monitors all which are on the heavier side. It was amazing to watch and as someone who'd basically been told by others it wasn't doable, it was exceptionally pleasing to see. I am over the moon and so very appreciative of the great service, the care and the speed at which William and Jonathan managed to get me moved in! I will for sure be recommending thing company to all my friends and family and if I ever move in the future I'll be sure to use this company again and I'll definitely make sure I personally ask for William and Jonathan to be my moving team! I'm sorry this has taken so long as we just now got our Internet hooked back up. I can't say enough how GREAT your TEAM LEADER (Yep the bearded one), is and how he is so very well qualified in each and every aspect of the moving field. His workers respect him and keep working religiously for the entire time of the packing and loading on the loading end and the unloading end. Your TEAM LEADER is a Master at making each and every aspect of the move when it comes to making appliances move through tight spaces and moving the daintyous pieces well protected and without a scratch. Your TEAM LEADER is a people person and has the best customer relations when it comes to the people moving, always letting them know phase by phase what's next in their team's actions. Your TEAM LEADER works throughout the move (about eight hours) without a break, and is a MASTER when it comes time to loading the truck as far as stacking the boxes and placing each and every piece of furniture just in the right place for a safe and careful journey to it's destination. Erik and the Movegreen team did a great job handling our in town move. They are great communicators and followed up on everything. Erik (owner) came over and gave us an estimate which was professionally delivered via email with lots of details. The estimate was better than other companies so we chose them. A coordinator gave us a call the days before and confirmed the move. That made me confident the crew was going to show up on time. The crew arrive on time and was ready to go. They did a great job quickly moving everything in and out. Both ends of the move involved walking things down a long driveway and they did so quickly and without complaint. The crew took great care with all or our items. The wrapped the furniture with moving blankets better than I would have. They loaned us 6 wardrobe haulers for the moves which was easier than anything else I have ever done. Honestly, I could not have done better than that. Other than the actual move the next best part was after the move. They came by two separate times to pickup stacks of lightly used boxes for reuse. That means a lot to me that I didn't have to waste those boxes and they will go to use. I would use them again for sure. read more

I encourage anyone contemplating who to use to handle your move to read this. We used Sheeler twice over a 7-year period and were bummed when we saw they had been bought. We were very happy with Sheeler. I still had MoveGreen come out, only at that time finding out they weren't Sheeler. Fast forward, tons of stress, moving day arrives. I had already been reassured prior to move date they were ready. The guys that showed up were masters of customer service and confidence. Their sense of hustle, ability to work effectively as a team and attention to care for our meager belongings was nothing short of impressive. They arrived on time, listened to our concerns and immediately demonstrated that they were there for us. I told the guys at the end of the process that I was a Service Manager for a local Service Provider and if all of my team had their attitude and commitment to the customer's satisfaction, I wouldn't even be needed. I have moved many, many times and never used a mover before. Never moved far enough to have to. But this was from CA to AZ so decided to go for it. I was glad I did and Movegreen was exceptional. Our initial contact was great, someone came out within a day of my calling, we got a quote in a few days after that. The best part of the process was the actual move, and movers, itself. Believe it or not, true. The came the day we wanted and actually delivered a day earlier than they had on their books, good for me. Eric Keller was the man in charge and he was incredible. He made the move so easy for me and 10 times better than I anticipated. I thought I was going to have to box/wrap up things that I didn't know how to, he and his boys took care of it. They worked a hard 10-11 hour day. How they got everything in the truck was beyond it but it was a perfect puzzle. Unloading was much quicker, Eric still on the job, it went off without a hitch. We had to hunt down a few things over the next few days (everything WAS labeled however) mostly things like cables, casters, everything was intact. AND the price quoted was the price paid. Our experience moving our home with Movegreen was top notch in every way. All communication was quick and helpful. The pre-move assessment and estimate were spot on and we weren't charged move than the original quote. We hired Movegreen to pack and move our entire home. The 3-man team of Greg, Jose, and Philipe did all the packing, loading, moving, and unloading. They were incredible in every way. They were able to pack and load our entire 3-bedroom home in 1 day with my infant and I in the house! They treated our belongings so well and we had no breakage or other issue. Izzy and the two Jose's were outstanding. They showed up right on time, wearing masks and got to work. They were efficient and thorough, taking the time to wrap each sofa cushion in blankets, the delicate furniture in plastic, they were so careful! As they brought the furniture in, they made sure things were positioned exactly as we wanted, adjusting the rugs and chairs until everything was 'just so'. LOVE these guys. We moved because we are remodeling our house so in 4-6 months, we will be hiring them again! MoveGreen is the best moving company we have used in SB. The online estimating tool is great for doing research and understanding what your move will take to get going. When I was ready to schedule the move I worked with Alex who was informative, answered all of my questions (big and small), and was extremely professional. We had to move twice within a month and used Movegreen both times - best decision ever! This second move was into a third floor apartment, and parking out front wasn't easy. The guys were great: positive attitude, communicative, no complaints with the issues of the place, and super fast and efficient at the same time. We had a giant couch that they had to take up the stairs from a parking garage, and even that didn't slow them down. Would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to everyone.
