Suffice to say, with the work he's done and exercises + stretches he's given me, I'm confident I can reach my time goal for an upcoming half marathon. I've also seen Keane, Mitch and Partiba and all are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable practitioners. We were asked if we wanted to do separate rooms or together, we asked for together. The room was a bit tight for two as the RMT was constantly bumping into a rolling shelf thing and the heater. It was nice to have music when the massage started, but would have been better to have it play outside as well. It was my first massage ever so I can't compare it to anything. Some parts were relaxing while some were uncomfortable but that's usual depending on tension. She asked throughout the massage if it was enough/too much pressure, and noted that I was tense in a few areas. Working with Natalie these past months has kept me on track. About 40 visits here and every time I walk out of there on a positive note. I like the one-to-one attention you get. And always getting / learning challenging new exercises. She is always asking how / what I've been doing with my rehab work between visits. I have different routines for when I rehab at home, work or outdoors. Learning the array of new exercises has kept me on track. The office is new as is everything else in there. The workout area is nice and has all the equipment you need. Is never crowded. The other staff are friendly. It really is an environment where you want to come. In fact he practises many newer methodologies including Tecar and Normatec therapy. He is very sensitive and empathetic and an all-around talented chiropractor and compassionate care giver. I have been seen by chiropractors since I was a teenager and am now in my 40s. Dr. Ravji is the best chiropractor I have ever experienced, by far. He is the first chiropractor to figure out how to really help me with my chronic lower back pain. Huma was very knowledgeable on which area to press on the foot to release body stress. After massaging my feet, she targeted on my leg cramps area.
