They matched me with United Wholesale Group and told me that the mortgage would be sold BEFORE the first payment was made... Well, it was sold by United Wholesale Group to a subsidiary of theirs Shore Mortgage. Look up Shore Mortgage, I think my 7 year old could design a better, more complex and secure website and they charge you $7.50/mo to make a payment on the internet unless you fill out paperwork for withdrawals the same date each day of the month. I have left many messages with Shore demanding the loan be sold to a "real institution" and I have not had any resolution as of yet. The closing attorney was supposed to HOLD the check for 3 business days, rescind clause in New Hampshire but deposited the check the same day as the closing. Calls to his office, 2 of them to figure out what was going on were surprisingly never returned. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Then looked at me.She walked over and said how can I help you. I said I all ready sent it to you. You looked at it and sat down to help others. I was the only one in the drive thru. But over 15 minutes I could not see the end of the line. I don't think anyone is in charge over at this facility. I have called Lowell main branch. They know about problems over there but nothing seems to get better. They actually said to go to a different location. When rates come down I am getting away from this Credit Union. Good luck to your other customers. I'm sure they are all about the same. I absolutely will not message you people. Calling has not done 1 thing to correct anything. I feel it is useless. But this got your attention. It's a shame, this is the only way to make people understand. I had 4 problems last year. All major problems, spending at least 20 minutes talking to someone in the Lowell main branch. So replying to you won't fix a thing.
