His only interest is in passive renewals and over the 25 years he never reached out to see if I was satisfied or if I would be interested in shopping out the carriers. Even when I asked for updated pricing, he was either non-responsive or seemed annoyed by the request. This resulted in excessive increases, usually too late to address, during the renewal process. I finally had enough and went to AAA, where they seem to care about my business. I took the opportunity to reach out to the owner of Gallant (parent company) and he could not have cared less about losing me as a customer. I received an email back that was arrogant and thoughtless. I highly recommend considering your options carefully before choosing this company.
