I will say management is understanding, staff is doing their job and following the rules. This monthly subscription is strict. If you okay with strict rules and want a great workout this place is for you. We love their workout structure. The cardio sculpt & the TRX classes are our favorite. Unfortunately with a baby this type of subscription did not work out for us but it can for you. Hope this helps those interested. We hope to come back when life schedules get easier and we can commit to the one weekly class. Thank you again Club Pilates for the classes and for taking time to work with us.

The calm serene vibe of the studio is something I would come back to to relieve life's tension. Since reading about the attendance policy on yelp, I'm a little more reluctant as a mommy of 4 to commit to pricing while already having a fun membership. This studio and the instructors are something I'm looking into as soon as my schedule is in a row during newborn era in our house. I do recommend courses here! The equipment and the instructors help to keep your form correct as opposed to actual Pilates that requires more discipline in my opinion.

Summer 2026 Update!…read more Elite Member approaching my 500th (!) class soon. Hard to believe even with the pandemic shutdown, I've returned and stuck with this workout since my first classes in 2015 when Natomas first opened. Thanks to my former coworker for recommending Orangetheory to me after trying out her Elk Grove home studio, and I lucked out with past Natomas coaches Coach Lysandra, Coach Avery and Coach "Training Tall" Austin. Since my last review, Dharam is no longer the head coach, coach Milana is now at Carmichael studio, and now the head coach at Natomas is coach Conner. I regularly attend evening classes with Coach Dharam, Coach Rachelle, and Coach Thuy. Occasionally I'll take a class with Coach Josh or subs like Coach Amilia. The 3G classes are either HYROX-focused on Tuesday nights now, or downgraded to 2G sizes/format for Thursdays. Tread50s are also a later option for me, though the Strength50 classes tend to fill up. Instead of All Out Mayhem, this year they had Season of Strength. Next up for August is Marathon Month challenge, then the Fall Dri-Tri. Class check-ins are now on a tablet, treads and rowers both have the upgraded tablets, Y-bells replaced the medicine balls. There's even a brag bell for when you hit a PR!

I find the theory of Orangetheory fascinating. The goal is to spend at least 12 minutes in the…read moreorange zone, creating a metabolic afterburn that burns calories up to 36 hours. I'm not sure if it's true but it makes me more attuned on which color zone I'm in which I've never been before. It makes me challenge myself to keep my heartrate up or down depending on what zone I'm in. Upon checking in, you choose which station you want to start with-- trends or the floor. Trends seem to be booked up first so get early if that is your preference. Personally for me, I like to start on the floor since the weights is what I want to concentrate on so I want to have full energy for it. Running is my strongest point so I don't mind saving it for last and I'm able to go all out and exhaust myself if it's my last station. On the floor, there is a rack of weights. The weights vary between odd and even numbers. The main difference is that the odd has 15 lb and 25 lb dumbbells while the even has 12 lb and 20 lb dumbbells. I choose between odd and even based on how heavy or light I want to lift that day. It's a no judgement zone and the only one your competing against is yourself. The class is only as hard as you make it be and classes are designed to be flexible as everyone is different. They have their own heartrate monitor that you can purchase or rent for $10 a class. It's not mandatory but I do like seeing my stats. With the monitor, it records your mileage on the trend and distance on the rower. It also tracks your splat points which is fun. I have the OTconnect Beat and the light will change color based on your zones. The music and overall environment makes the workout fun. The staff and coaches are really friendly.

The facility is poorly maintained, and the staff is completely unprofessional. Privacy Violation: Instead of politely asking me for a membership photo while I was standing right at the front desk, a male employee waited until I walked away and shouted my company name out loud. This drew unwanted attention from other members and caused unnecessary embarrassment. Lack of Cleanliness: I spent four hours at the gym, and not once did staff enter the women's locker room or restrooms to clean. The showers had hair everywhere, and it took 15 to 30 minutes for the water to turn from cold to hot. Trash and tissue paper in ever bathroom stalls , it had a strong sewer odor coming through the vents . Poor Maintenance: Instead of properly cleaning and sanitizing the facility, an employee just walked around carrying a small duster, ignoring actual sanitation needs. Unwelcoming Attitude: The front desk staff spent their time laughing, joking, and ignoring their duties. When I left, instead of a polite goodbye, I received rude and angry stares from the employees. The members working out were friendlier than the people being paid to run the gym. This location needs a complete overhaul of its staff and management.
