He couldn't provide any helpful information, didn't know what he was picking up and provided the incorrect name of the person who purchased the items. When the sales person asked him multiple times to provide the information needed to proceed, the delivery guy exploded, calling the sales person, "a little B!$@#" multiple times. The sales person, understandably upset, told him he would take the conversation outside when he was done working with his customer. This delivery guy was very unprofessional! But I decided to give them a shot and had basically a perfect experience. They were prompt, courteous, and honestly pretty funny guys. Any suggestions or requests I had were promptly addressed and they moved everything without any damage or loss of items whatsoever. I was given a discounted rate due to booking on a less busy day, but even at full price they were far lower than the competitor pricing (even including a returning customer discount for one of the competitors). I'm guessing rates are lower as they build their presence. But they knocked it out of the park with service and were wildly cheaper. I can't recommend these guys enough.
