He insisted on a video walkthrough so he could give the most accurate estimate he could, explained everything and answered packing questions and more along the way. Day of the move, we had a team of 3 guys (thank you Lepi, Dairon and William!) who were awesome, careful and quick. I don't trust easily and I went into this expecting issues (like what happens with every move), but the team was excellent at managing them and really made it as easy as possible. Thank you guys!

I used Easy Company Moving back in 2020 when I moved from Tacoma to Bellingham, so I decided to hire them again because I knew they'd do a great job and it would give me peace of mind. Kyle Carson, owner, was very response, gave me a quote, there were not "hidden" fees or gotcha pricing when they arrived. Sean and Miguel were the two team members that did the move and they were so kind, communicative and really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Everything went smoothly and I'm so pleased. One important note, because my storage unit was in Seattle, I was unable to be there in person. I arranged with Extra Space storage to give them access to clear it out and I had ZERO worries. As others mentioned they offer a discount for cash payment, and I was quited $145 an hour for 2 movers for the 2.5 hour minimum for my job. They were very flexible on timing compared with other companies. On the day of the move I let them know I was ready earlier than booked and they accommodated. They also came with 4 movers instead of 2 at no additional fee and got the whole job done in 45 minutes. The team were four friendly young men and they were super easy to work with, respectful, and careful with my things. They were willing, when I asked, to also remove some large garbage items for an extra fee. Overall: super communicative booking, flexible scheduling, competetive prices and a job well done! They carefully wrapped and protected everything that needed it, packed the truck like a game of Tetris, and handled both loading and unloading efficiently. They also took apart desks and beds and reassembled them perfectly at the new location. What impressed me most was their attitude. Despite a long day of heavy lifting, they always had big smiles and were genuinely pleasant to work with. These guys are strong as oxen and never slowed down. It was a 12 hour day!! They moved a 500 dollar pair of Bose headphones (that are not even finished being paid off) to the cab of their moving truck and decided to keep them. We have contacted them three separate times to return them and have ignored us. I am a very disabled retiree with neuropathy, as well as lots of problems and these movers were the only ones I could afford at the time. I'm warning you not to hire them or else you'll have to deal with filing stolen property reports for whatever high value electronics they decide to steal. These movers work extremely fast and are opportunistic thieves! If for whatever reason you do decide to hire them, keep serial numbers of all your high value electronics to easier report them stolen and make it harder for them to pawn and sell, set up security cameras to watch their moving truck so you can show it to the police after, and expect no communication from them after they have stolen your property; but it is recommend to just hire another company instead of this company that prey on disabled retirees.
