He offered a free estimate at our home at our convenience, which is why I chose WM instead of the other companies who have confusing variable rates. Service: Excellent, all of our property was handled in a safe and efficient manner. They pay close attention to fragile and precious items (paintings, TV's, family heirlooms, etc). They are gentle Tetris masters! They can also handle the heavy stuff with ease with teamwork and strategy. Nothing broken/damaged. Leland and Vice have incredible energy and stamina. I was impressed with their non-stop work ethic. The even put furniture back together for us and gave interior design/layout advice. They were also very careful and willing to move non-boxable household items like plants, power tools, etc. They had a solution for things we thought we would have to move in our own. Communication: Leland saved us money by allowing us to pack our own boxes (and military discount). This also saved a 1/2 day in labor costs. I ended up using their packing and moving services with three movers - one helped finish packing and the other two began loading my already-packed boxes and furniture to the truck. They had all the supplies to help get everything safely packed up including an heirloom mirror and some fragile art pieces. Even though they were fast, the packing was safe and sturdy. I budgeted for an eight hour move and these guys got it done in 5 hours! Super reasonable pricing, friendly workers. Highly highly recommend!
