They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. This was the first time I've ever worked with movers so I kept my ask to a minimum. We packed all our items and only had the crew take any large pieces of furniture from a 6th floor apartment unit with elevator to a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. They charge per hour, based on the how long the move actually takes, not the predicted time. This includes travel time but they started/ended all within Ballard which helped save on time. I communicated everything with Lauren Farrar and she responded quickly with detailed info. She suggested I provide photos to help the crew understand the spaces they'd be working with. We're so grateful for how smooth everything went and how respectful the entire team was given the crazy weather. Would highly recommend Seattle Moves & More for your moving needs!

I'm frantically trying to call and text the drivers to come back and they refused unless I paid another delivery fee. At this point I don't have the money for that so they take it back to Macys and then charge me anyway another $160!!! They're quick to take your money but exceptionally slow to get back to you when they mess up. I will be reporting them to the attorney general because now I don't have my sofa and they charged my card twice!

But I decided to give them a shot and had basically a perfect experience. They were prompt, courteous, and honestly pretty funny guys. Any suggestions or requests I had were promptly addressed and they moved everything without any damage or loss of items whatsoever. I was given a discounted rate due to booking on a less busy day, but even at full price they were far lower than the competitor pricing (even including a returning customer discount for one of the competitors). I'm guessing rates are lower as they build their presence. But they knocked it out of the park with service and were wildly cheaper. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I used ligm to move in August 2025, they were late showing up, then turned a 6hr job into a 8hr job bc one guy played with his sun glasses & kept checking out his body. Then I hired them again, like a dummy. They were scheduled to arrive between 930a & 1030a, they showed up at 1215p. I texted several times for an eta, about 30mins apart. The owner promised to 20% off. They said they took the good well stuff to a dump. Instead of a thrift store. They charged me for extra half of work and the dump fee. Then only gave me 10% off, after I waited also 2hrs for them to show up. I never received an itemized invoice. They charged me $421 after estimate of $340. Hire at your risk, just dont be a single lady with no guy around. They were almost 2hr late, leaving me setting outside a storage unit with all my stuff outside. I will never hire them again.
