They were so helpful and polite and were always asking if we needed anything. On the day of the move we had two destinations, one storage facility and our new house. I was moving items from one home to another. They arrived a half an hour before my scheduled time which was fine because I was available, however had I not been that would've been a problem. They felt that they needed to disassemble an item that I knew never required disassembly to enter the home. This of course added substantial amount of time at both the pick up and the delivery. However, the reason I feel you should never use this service is while bringing an item into my new home they shattered a chandelier, not only damaging the light fixture itself, but my hardwood floors. But I decided to give them a shot and had basically a perfect experience. They were prompt, courteous, and honestly pretty funny guys. Any suggestions or requests I had were promptly addressed and they moved everything without any damage or loss of items whatsoever. I was given a discounted rate due to booking on a less busy day, but even at full price they were far lower than the competitor pricing (even including a returning customer discount for one of the competitors). I'm guessing rates are lower as they build their presence. But they knocked it out of the park with service and were wildly cheaper. I can't recommend these guys enough.

My texts were ignored, I promised 20%, and I was charged for a dump run. Then I asked a copy of my invoice with "discount". Their reply was they refused to entertain my foolishness. I want help small businesses but not get ripped off. Everything i have said is the truth. I used ligm to move in August 2025, they were late showing up, then turned a 6hr job into a 8hr job bc one guy played with his sun glasses & kept checking out his body. Then I hired them again, like a dummy. They were scheduled to arrive between 930a & 1030a, they showed up at 1215p. I texted several times for an eta, about 30mins apart. The owner promised to 20% off. They said they took the good well stuff to a dump. Instead of a thrift store. They charged me for extra half of work and the dump fee. Then only gave me 10% off, after I waited also 2hrs for them to show up. I never received an itemized invoice. They charged me $421 after estimate of $340. Hire at your risk, just dont be a single lady with no guy around. They were almost 2hr late, leaving me setting outside a storage unit with all my stuff outside. I will never hire them again.

They were running late (partially my fault...) , and she stayed over two and a half hours AFTER the appointment window to make sure that my stuff was still available to the movers. Not only that, she was an awesome communicator--she kept me updated via phone and text, and also sent a video of all my stuff with the movers as well. He insisted on a video walkthrough so he could give the most accurate estimate he could, explained everything and answered packing questions and more along the way. Day of the move, we had a team of 3 guys (thank you Lepi, Dairon and William!) who were awesome, careful and quick. I don't trust easily and I went into this expecting issues (like what happens with every move), but the team was excellent at managing them and really made it as easy as possible. Thank you guys!

However, they all seemed sketchy. I used Easy Company Moving back in 2020 when I moved from Tacoma to Bellingham, so I decided to hire them again because I knew they'd do a great job and it would give me peace of mind. Kyle Carson, owner, was very response, gave me a quote, there were not "hidden" fees or gotcha pricing when they arrived. Sean and Miguel were the two team members that did the move and they were so kind, communicative and really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Everything went smoothly and I'm so pleased. One important note, because my storage unit was in Seattle, I was unable to be there in person. I arranged with Extra Space storage to give them access to clear it out and I had ZERO worries. That's how much I trust Easy Company Moving. I highly recommend and would definitely use Easy Company Moving again.
