I finally got my mother in-law to dig through the garage and find tapes she had of the family. I was so excited to get to drop these off to Kelly's. As expected, she was quick to respond and confirm a drop off time. She even sends courtesy reminders for pickup and drop off. She said it would take about 2 weeks to transfer everything on a flash drive, but she finished in a week. She even charged less than originally quoted because a lot of the stuff on the tapes were just recordings of tv shows. I really appreciate her honesty! I am so grateful for Kelly! She transferred a VHS tape of some of my family members that are no longer with us. I haven't been able to watch this tape for many years because of course, I don't have a VCR. Now I have a DVD and a thumb drive with these very precious moments. I had several VHS tapes I picked up from my mom's house that the family had not watched for years that I wanted transferred over to a flash drive. Kelly was so responsive and helpful. There were a few tapes I was not sure if they were blank and a few others that were recordings of TV shows.
