I recently brought a bunch of childhood home videos taken on my dad's dinosaur video camera to DVD Your Memories for conversion from VHS / 8mm / hi8 format to digital (a thumb drive). Some of my cassettes had some issues which made them difficult to convert, however the DVD Your Memories staff did everything they could to retrieve as much footage as possible. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, helpful, and I am glad I went with them instead of attempting to do it myself (I initially bought the software and attempted to do so- not easy, don't even try) or go somewhere else, especially since the process turned out to be more complicated/time consuming than originally anticipated. I called them for a VHS tape conversion. They were super friendly and efficient. My order was ready to be picked up earlier than I expected. The Costco service would ask for a whole month. These guys will do it for a week or less. Their prices are very competitive. Parking can be a bit of an issue. Overall, this is a great little mom and pop shop that does a excellent job! read more

For what it's worth Anthony was a nice and responsive guy. My only issue really was that the service to me seemed way over priced. I also felt insulted when he said and insinuated I didn't know how to use a computer. Not exactly something I would to a customer. I may not be a pro tech guy but I know a decent amount to navigate a computer. Would I recommend this place maybe...the job did get done and some footage is iffy, but not his fault however if it weren't overly priced i definitely would. But In all honesty I have no other experience with this sorta thing. So tread lightly. read more

Even though I called several times on a Saturday and got no answer, I still gave them a try the following week. I walked into the office in the late afternoon and Cliff was able to get me taken care of. I waited about 15 minutes to have 3 dvds copied. They were busy at that time of day, but another guy brought my dvds out and let me try them out on their tv before I paid. They did a great job, the packaging was impressive, and super fast at that. This place was friendly and very easy to work with. I had recently found a hi8 tape from when I was growing up and had no idea what was on it. I used to carry around a video camera in high school so I was really excited to see what memories were trapped inside. I received a really high quality usb with the footage. It turns out it was just 12 minutes of my brother smoking a blunt so I spend $45 on that and it wasn't worth it to me but I'll go back if I ever do track down my high school hi8 tape. read more
