I told him that if he was not going to stick to the price he promised me, in writing that he and his crew could leave right now! I had to fight with him and ask him and his crew to leave, before he finally agreed to be a man of his word and hold to the original price he said was "firm". Upon arriving at our new house to deliver our belongings, instead of talking to me, he complained to my wife, behind my back and he bitched and moaned to her, about me and the the job that he had to do. It has been over two weeks with barely any communication from anyone at the company. The movers themselves were unprofessional, and the customer service afterward has been even worse. We were quoted around $750, but the final bill ended up being $2,000 for a simple two-bedroom move from Boca Raton to Pompano Beach. The crew clearly lacked experience. It took them two full hours just to disassemble a queen-size bed. They didn't know how to pack a dining table and couldn't disassemble it until we found a YouTube video for them to follow. In the process, they broke our TV stand (we had to throw it away) and damaged our Aminach sofa valued at $3,000.
