Him and his crew are the only people I've trusted with the 5 times he's moved me over the years. He takes excellent care of all your valuables, and always with a smile on his face. He's also punctual, honest and kind. I wouldn't recommend anybody else in South Florida. Moving still sucks, but Melvin will make it MILES less stressful. Call him, you won't regret it.

Two years ago, they picked up all of my furniture and stored it in what they repeatedly represented as a climate-controlled environment. I paid my storage fees every month, on time, and trusted them to properly protect my belongings. When they recently delivered my furniture to my new apartment, I discovered mold on multiple items, including my leather dining chairs and my bed. This should never happen in a properly climate-controlled facility. When I asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear answer. Instead of addressing the damage, they tried to charge me additional fees. I asked whether they had insurance and whether there was any way to compensate me after being a loyal customer for two years. The responses were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In the end, I still paid $900 for the delivery while being left with damaged furniture and no real solution. I now have to deal with mold remediation and replace items that should have been protected. I do not recommend this company. Based on my experience, their claims about climate-controlled storage were misleading, and the result was significant damage, wasted money, and wasted time.
