The details: The Mowry Law Group came highly recommended to me and after checking out their excellent Yelp reviews I decided to contact them through their web form about my case. I eventually got a reply, and some of my questions were answered, but I had more questions and I replied to their email, making it clear that I wanted to hire them. Nothing. No reply. I got 2 tickets last year. 1 for speeding with 82 mph and 1 for crossing the gore line. Both tickets were point tickets. I paid their fees for both tickets but Hitasha could not dismiss any of them. In both cases officer came and she could not do anything besides saying "sorry". I could go myself to court and do the same and get points. What was the meaning of paying them if they cannot handle the case if officer is present. What they say was "Officer was there and he testified well". Of course I need an attorney who can handle the situation when officer presents. Looks like what they do is go to court with the hope that officer will not come and judge will dismiss the case.
