Great comfy place to enjoy coffee and pastries. I really enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere along with the yummy pastries and good coffee. I will definitely be returning!

First time here, was invited by a friend to study. We sat upstairs and I brought my 7 year old. He stayed busy with all the games and crafts! The space was homie and well lit. They offered WiFi, board games, books, arts and crafts. There is a restroom upstairs and there is music lightly played that was not a distraction at all. I ordered cold iced black tea (forgot what flavor) along with two egg/broccoli & bacon bites, Recommend them!

Such a nice spot. And outdoor seating is legit

Immediately fell in love with this place. I got a cappuccino with almond milk and it was fantastic. If that wasn't enough, the atmosphere and friendly faces sealed the deal. It's off the beaten path, but well worth the visit. Can't wait to go back

Love this place, great frappes we love the strawberry smoothie. Their pastries are good too! Very nice cozy place to sit and play board games and fun staff to make sure you're not bored at all. Have toys in the upstairs seating while you sip coffee.

Mini cinnamon rolls, cookies, and coffee cake.

Employees are friendly, courteous, and kind. The pastures, coffee drinks, smoothies, and non smoothies were amazing! We had my daughters birthday party here, it was perfect! The cost of the food and drinks was very sensible. Highly recommend going here!

Great little spot with a large, covered outdoor patio, which worked perfectly for us right now!

Maybe cinnamon blast, don't recall the exact name, but I asked for it to be toasted with butter. My wife was in the mood for pumpkin spice so she got it toasted with cream cheese. This place did not disappoint. I got a regular coffee with my bagel and it was really good. The bagel flavor was spot on. It took a little longer than expected to get our bagels but that was fine. We weren't in a hurry and they were incredibly nice. Oh, one side note. Be prepared to pay extra for butter and cream cheese. 85 cents for butter and I believe almost 3 bucks for cream cheese. That surprised me. But hey. I'd still eat there again. I would say the place is a little unkept. It's a neat place but the decor as you enter hasn't been cleaned in a while. The tables were clean but the area isn't really clean. My wife said the bathroom was gross. That was my biggest complaint. They need someone to look at the place through the eyes of a first time guest and would notice a ton of small cleaning issues. Otherwise this place is great. As I mentioned before, I'd definitely recommend this place for a great bagel.

The toasted part wasn't real good. I don't know if they might did or just lightly toasted it, but you didn't feel any kind of crunch And it only felt somewhat warm. But maybe the cream cheese is cool it. Service was good just probably wouldn't come back because of the price.

I should have checked the Want Bierock Company's Yelp page prior to visiting on our last trip to…read moreWichita. I'd been craving good Volga German bierocks for some time. (I used to live in Wichita back in the Eighties, and learned to love bierocks during that time.) Well, shiver me timbers and call me Petunia, honey, but I sure as git-out didn't go into Want Bierock Company to be pummeled with loud "Christian" music and a plethora of self righteous placards urging my conversion. To quote fellow Yelper Mindless M.'s review, "Well, the new owners change it for the worst it's now a Christian coffee shop ('cause we don't have enough of that in Kansas...) and they made it really bad where it feels like they're shoving Christianity in your face they changed the decorations to Christian stuff and constantly play Christian music no one wants to be there even if they liked the coffee because everyone who comes in there feels so much tension from staff" The front door had a sign encouraging us to take off our masks (!!!) even as COVID-19 numbers surged in Sedgwick County, and the reading materials placed out among the pieces of used furniture inside the restaurant (no joke!) were all far right wing conspiracy rags. Here's the whole megillah: I don't want to eat in Muslim restaurants that has Islamic prayers and chanting during my meal. (And yes, I've encountered that once, as well. How hard is it for some folks to leave personal religious crap out of business?) I also don't eat out to see and hear THIS kind of tommyrot. I go out to eat to enjoy my friends and their company, after all. I do NOT go out to eat to be proselytized, nor to be a captive audience for sectarian music, no matter its origin. Five stars for the bierocks we got. (They were hot and filling and tasty. Yum.) One star for the rest of the experience -- self righteous and ham-fisted proselytization efforts all included. Two Yelp stars across the board -- mostly for the sake of the bierocks. Please do better.
