Printing Job…read more Horrible service. I went in-store to place a large print order and it took nearly 2 hours, from start to finish. The representative stated that they were having technical issues, so it took quite some time for the emailed documents to be received and uploaded to their system for an order to be created. I picked up my order the following day with no issues. Once I got to my destination and unrolled the order. Realizing that all of the pages were out of order, there were duplicates printed, and I was missing most of the order. I called back and was on hold for 15 minutes before being assisted with a resolution of reprinting the entire order to be picked up at a later time.

We were all heartbroken about my father's death, and having a hard time figuring out all of the details of what needed to be done. I actually didn't provide her with very much information, but she practically read our minds, and had absolutely beautiful prints made. Several people said they were the nicest pamphlets they had ever seen at a memorial service, and the frame boards of my father are hanging up in my mother's house now in memory of him. The lines in this place are ridiculous. !!!! I understand if you need a receipt or you're coming in and you need a box. Etc.. But people who just want to drop off already labeled and ready to go should not have to wait in their ridiculous lines! I would say you're not doing your Customers good service!
