Awful customer service, maybe four customers max at this location. Used to love this location.

Printing Job Horrible service. I went in-store to place a large print order and it took nearly 2 hours, from start to finish. The representative stated that they were having technical issues, so it took quite some time for the emailed documents to be received and uploaded to their system for an order to be created. I picked up my order the following day with no issues. Once I got to my destination and unrolled the order. Realizing that all of the pages were out of order, there were duplicates printed, and I was missing most of the order. I called back and was on hold for 15 minutes before being assisted with a resolution of reprinting the entire order to be picked up at a later time. read more

I recommend not have anything copied that takes any changes in the file given to a guy named Max. He does not seem to understand any instructions given. Then does not call with questions when he doesn't understand. Huge waste of my time!!! read more

I have been coming to this location to get placards printed and laminated for over 5 years. The guy today tried to say he can not legally do it because he said it had a sticker on it. I told him y'all have done it for over 5 years he would not ask for help but kept saying he thought it would not be safe and than tried saying they could not laminate today read more

Ridiculous return policy. Bought CD labels...Avery no longer provides the layout for them, so they were useless. When I returned them, the manager actually said he was doing me a favor by letting me return the labels, EVEN though he admitted they were defective and useless without the template required to use them. He absolutely would not budge from his stance that he was doing me a favor and if he wanted to, he didn't have to accept the return. I love Office Depot, but, this rude, moronic manager needs to find another line of work. read more

Very poor experience. Called the 1 800 number. They walked me step by step to order a printed/bounded manual. Six pages per manual, heavier front and back page, plastic spiral bounding. $20 bucks for each. Way too expensive for 6 pages each. The instructions I received when I called were wrong. Ended up being overcharged so they had to refund my original payment and charge me again. This took 20 minutes to sort out. Then I asked them to ship 1 manual USPS. Waited another 10 minutes while the clerk pecked on the computer. Finally asked him," do you need the address?" He said," no, I am still trying to log onto the system." I said," ....just hand me my two 6 page manuals. I am leaving." 30 minutes to purchase two 6 page $20 each manuals. I thought, "I will never step foot in this place again." I must say with my first visit, I was disappointed with my order, I returned the the store, spoke with Melonie, (yes, this is the correct way, she spells her name) she was very helpful, and efficiently fixed the misprinted labels, I received the day before. Melonie, is a multitask talented employee that should be recognizes by her employers. It's hard these days to find people today that are willing to go the extra mile!! Not only was I ignored for 15 minutes while I stood at a counter waiting for assistance the person helping me was rude when I did finally get their attention. I totally understand being busy, I have worked retail so I wasn't going to write a review until today when I realize the package I sent through them 3 weeks ago not only never made it to its destination but hasn't even left the building and guess what, as of right now no one knows where it is! I went into Office Depot yesterday for the first time ever to print out my resignation letter because I do not have a my own personal printer at home. I was kindly greeted by a employee named Cody. I asked him where the print center was ( I was kinda in a rush and didn't feel like looking up and reading the signs). He very nicely guided me over to the center and asked if there was anything he could help me with. (The person at the print center was already busy dealing with another customer.) I told him i had sent over a e mail I needed printed. He immediately helped me and got my letter printed out and had me on my way in less than 3 mins!!! I can GREATLY APPRECIATE this kinda customer service. I don't think that was his normal area to work at but he still chose to help me immediately instead of just pointing in the direction of my destination ( like more employees do at stores). He was very friendly and fast. Thank you for getting me in and out when I was really in a rush. I called today to ask the first letter of his last name so I could write a review on him and I wanted the correct Cody to be recognized. He was working there today also ( no surprise he there again today because seemed like a hard worker). His name was Cody Muller. So thank you Cody M. For your awesome customer service!!! There needs to be more people like you working in stores. You should get a raise or some kinda bonuses for being the employee that goes above and beyond for Office Depot customers!! Thank you again! I am a graphic design student that was on a tight deadline to get my high quality inkjet prints done for a competition in less than a week. When I told the employees at the print center I was driving 2 hours to New Braunfels because my local and nearby localities' office depot did not have the high quality paper I needed to make my work professional, pulled an all nighter, and was given poor customer service at my local office depot, Karinna and John helped me nonstop to get the work with the right colors that I needed for my competition. They went all the way past the time the store usually opened to get my work finished, and if I win this competition I owe it to their kindness, hard work, and unending patience to help me get my work printed! Without their help it would've not been possible. Karinna even offered to stay later to help me get my work printed and she did stay ten or twenty minutes later than her shift to show John what kind of things I needed for my prints. Never seen better customer service from the print center from an Office Depot anywhere! read more
