This most recent time he came by he was here for 5 minutes "pumped" out our septic and then 7 days later our septic is backing up and we cannot flush our toilet. We are a family of 4 so clearly we need a working toilet. I called him back and advised what is going on and he said there was nothing he can do and referred us to another gentleman to "look" at our septic. This man called me and said "sounds like you need a new septic". Came to my home, probed the ground, and said "new septics are being installed for about 35k." Obviously as any normal person living in this world right now I do NOT have 35k just laying around. Heck I barely had the $300 laying around for my septic to be pumped. I will NEVER use Ricketts again. I feel like they are scammy and rude as can be. If you use them beware. They do not do any inspection on your septic, they just come pull out the crap suckers and suck it out then grab the money and go. Not their house not their problem.
