MP is A+ in my book. I purchased an HP7250 All In One wireless printer, copier & FAX about 3 years ago from CostCo. I got a good deal and the unit has been working great up until a few months ago. I started getting all sorts of different errors and it would shut down. I would try the reboot and repeat and it would work again. And then start the same trouble all over. I called HP and got the 'not so much help line' and that was an hour of my life I will never get back. An IT friend suggested I 'google' the error messages to see what might come up. One thing led to another & I found the Web Site for this place. I took it in last Friday and got it back today a five day turn around. They charge a flat rate service fee of $100 bucks upfront. If they can fix it with no additional parts or extensive labor it remains $100 bucks. I got a call from the Technician, Phillip Proffitt. He told me what had happened and how to avoid having the same problem. Great service, professional staff, efficient and affordable. It sounds like the other reviewer had a printer they own repaired. I can't speak for him, but my experience with MP copiers has been quite the opposite. We rent a Lexmark XS651de from MP copiers and I must say, I love the machine and I love the customer service. Any time there is a hiccup in the printers performance, MP copiers is all over it. Any time I call them I get an answer in just a few rings. One time there was a problem with the copier pulling multiple documents at a time into the photocopier. They had a service technician out the next day who carefully and thoughtfully diagnosed and solved the problem and then explained to me everything he did. Not to mention the fact that they provide official toner cartridges which cost hundreds of dollars. Can't speak highly enough of MP copiers, would definitely recommend. read more

I had a great experience with MP Copiers. The original company that services my machine and that has serviced it over the years has grown and quoted me "$600 to $1000" to fix my copier. Alternatively, I had MP promptly order parts and come a few days later and they repaired it for under $250. All their staff was a pleasure and they even mailed a welcome letter. I have been using MP Copiers for more years than I can count and I am very happy with their service. Five years ago I decided to lease 4 copiers for my office because it included all the service and toner. I am at the end of the lease now for three of them and I think if you are contemplating a lease you should know a few things. My business (construction) has suffered through a recession but I could not make a deal to end the lease. Even though the machines are five years old the buy out (if I want to keep them) is an average of $800 each. Since I have decided NOT to keep them I must return them...but I have to return them to Clifton, NJ, at my expense...not the store in Manassas where I got them from. read more

MP Copiers is unreliable! They were schedule to bring us a new copier and had the driver call to say they were going to be delayed. Not a positive way to start a Monday. Very disappointing in the customer service. read more

I agree with the previous review. They already looked at my copier while it was owned by the previous owner and they knew it would cost much more than buying a new one. They had the identification number on my copier. They came for maintenance when i called without mentioning that and charged me $145 for just coming in without repairing it. The copier was not fixable and they knew! Later they sent me a brochure for different copiers for me to consider to buy. Their prices were at least double of Amazon. Why would I buy from them? They refused to remove the old junk when I asked them at least to do something for me who paid $145 for nothing! Bad business practice! I would report to Better Business Bureau. read more
