We usually get the "Ultimate" Car Wash but will also get a complete full service detail as needed for our two cars. The owner Sergio is friendly and easy to discuss my needs with, he always makes certain I get what I need. He is fortunate to have a terrific staff working for him. Most recently Jaime Martinez completed a complete detail on our car which, regrettably, we had not brought in for a good buff and wax in at least two years. The white paint on our 2013 maxima was beginning to lose its mirror finish shine and the engine bay was also in serious need of attention. We drive this car about 20k miles each year mostly in and out of Chicago and it currently has over 200K on the clock. Thanks to Jaime's efforts our car once again looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor and as a result no one can believe the mileage this car has. We look forward to continuing to come here in the future - next up for a full detail will be our 2011 VW CC Sport which has half the mileage but still deserves just as much love. I always get the ultimate wash and the van always looks nice, they even clean out the rear of the van. I noticed when I arrived home that one of the 3rd row seats was up instead of being stowed away. There's no reason for the workers to mess with the seats. Last week I needed to carry something large but the seat wouldn't go down. I took it to Anderson Toyota. It cost me $103 for them to check it out and the estimate to repair the broken seat is $832! There was no reason for the vacuum staff or the finishing staff to touch the third row seats. They didn't even have the honesty to admit that they broke the seat, but instead left it for me to find. If lawyers weren't so expensive I would sue the owner for damage to my Sienna van. Do not use this carwash!!!

I'm beyond happy that I did! I'd reached out to a few detailers before and most backed away once they saw my photos and list of requests -- not Manny. He was totally up for the challenge. He showed up right on time, fully equipped, and ready to go (I was actually the one running late!). We walked around the vehicle together so he knew exactly what I wanted, and he took it from there. Manny is super detailed, worked patiently on each section, and used top-tier products. He even fixed a few small flaws I hadn't mentioned and made them look brand new. What stood out most was his dedication -- he never rushed or cut corners and made sure I was 100% happy before packing up. The price was totally reasonable for the quality of work. It was incredibly busy the day I was there, but they were packing the cars in the wash and getting them through as quick as possible. My only complaint is the line was super long, it feels like they cater more to the subscription wash than the one time wash. Two lines for subs one line for one time wash. Which made the flow kinda lacking. In times of congestion it would make some sence to have the ability to take one line off subscription washes and make two lines for daily's. Just my opinion. Otherwise great service and wash quality. Left my white car spotless.
