We usually get the "Ultimate" Car Wash but will also get a complete full service detail as needed for our two cars. The owner Sergio is friendly and easy to discuss my needs with, he always makes certain I get what I need. He is fortunate to have a terrific staff working for him. Most recently Jaime Martinez completed a complete detail on our car which, regrettably, we had not brought in for a good buff and wax in at least two years. The white paint on our 2013 maxima was beginning to lose its mirror finish shine and the engine bay was also in serious need of attention. We drive this car about 20k miles each year mostly in and out of Chicago and it currently has over 200K on the clock. Thanks to Jaime's efforts our car once again looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor and as a result no one can believe the mileage this car has. We look forward to continuing to come here in the future - next up for a full detail will be our 2011 VW CC Sport which has half the mileage but still deserves just as much love. Taking a 2 hour lunch and making a 30 minute drive on a rainy day, I decided to pay for the most premium car wash experience called the "Ultimate Wash". Again, it was a rainy day, so all that was needed was the vacuum inside the car. Following the wash (with a tip) I raced back to work after the long lunch and drive back to the office. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.

I'm beyond happy that I did! I'd reached out to a few detailers before and most backed away once they saw my photos and list of requests -- not Manny. He was totally up for the challenge. He showed up right on time, fully equipped, and ready to go (I was actually the one running late!). We walked around the vehicle together so he knew exactly what I wanted, and he took it from there. Manny is super detailed, worked patiently on each section, and used top-tier products. He even fixed a few small flaws I hadn't mentioned and made them look brand new. What stood out most was his dedication -- he never rushed or cut corners and made sure I was 100% happy before packing up. The price was totally reasonable for the quality of work.
