I don't think I ever waited more than an hour for a reply, and she was always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I designed my own template in Canva and sent it to Laura, and she placed the photos exactly where I asked (with no extra fees), which I really appreciated. On the wedding day, our attendant Angie was AMAZING. She didn't just set up and print photos--she was actively adjusting the booth for every group. Whether it was a big group, a smaller group, taller guests, or anything in between, she kept adjusting the frame to make sure everyone was captured perfectly. That level of attention made such a difference. The photo quality was great too. For the cost and everything we received, it was absolutely worth it.
