I went in there looking to get a frame to hold up my sign and they told me I would need a retractable to keep it up. They let me know that it would take about 3 days to finish and I needed something that would hold up my sign that day. WORSE THAN HORRIBLE! They mess up every step of the way and blame it on you! I spent hundreds on business cards, flyers, a flag, some sign posts, and even a table cover! For the flyers (which took forever) I would tell them exactly how it was supposed to be, they would mess it up and then blame it on me and were even annoyed when they had to fix their own mistakes. Here's an idea, if you don't want to keep editing, stop messing up! The business cards (which took forever) came back messed up so they had to redo them which took even longer! The table cover (which took forever) was supposed to be red, it came back traffic cone orange and when I brought it back the guy said he's a "color expert" and that "it's not orange, it's a shade of red" I showed him an image of a traffic cone and the color matched exactly which made absolutely no difference to him. Oh the flag? I wanted the words to go all the way across but they said that couldn't happen unless I had a special logo made just for that (which I did) and even after paying even more money for that they still couldn't do it! Are you kidding me? In conclusion, if you want to overspend, get treated like dirt and have them mess up everything only to blame it on you, well then this is the place for you! However if you have a brain, learn from my mistakes and never give this place a dime! This place is a bad joke! read more
