I'm incredibly disappointed. I had hired this company for the inspection of two homes one purchased in 2019 and one in 2021 but built in 1979. Recently, this past fall, one of my properties was found to have an electrical panel that is a fire hazard confirmed by 2 electricians. This should have been caught on inspection prior to purchase. Now I wonder what else was missed. read more

Never wrote a review before but we had to write one this time as it was really bad. We used anthony for 2 homes and the first time he left some minor things out which we let slide and didn't mention. Our mistake. Second time we used him again (another mistake) and he didn't not do a thorough job. He missed 3 visible signs of molding in our home. We have two little kids and we are very disappointed in how he handle things. After we asked for a refund, he sent us a document to sign so that he would not be liable if we took things further. He did not own up to his mistakes instead our realtor and anthony got on a phone call and he said to our realtor " i don't get on my hands and knees to check" our mold was under the master bath vanity which is why he is saying this. No sympathy. Instead trashes us to our own realtor. Terrible, we do not recommend. read more

Anthony was great. I had him inspect a house I was in escrow with and he discovered many things that I hadn't even thought about that would need to be repaired/removed. Ultimately we didn't move forward with that house but hired him again to inspect our new house and once again he did a very throughout job. He is very professional and responds quickly. He talks you through the entire report at the end of the inspection and then emails the report immediately. We needed someone ASAP for a home inspection, and Anthony was really quick in responding to messages and was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon over a busy holiday weekend to do our inspection. He was extremely professional and friendly and talked us through details of the inspected items as we walked around the house together. Anthony is also a fire captain and super knowledgeable regarding all safety items around the house. The coolest thing was definitely the drone inspection of the roof, and he even took some really nice overhead shots of the entire property for us. Anthony was great. Kept in constant communication until the appointment where he showed up about 5 minutes early. During the inspection he kept me informed and let me ask questions I had. Anthony was detailed and took his time but got done in a very timely manner. The use of the drone for the roof was great and the detail of the camera was amazing. I was able to look at the roof myself on the iPad and it was very helpful as the roof is clay tiles and cannot be walked on easily. I received the report within minutes of paying for his service. June2015 The people who purchased our home hired Anthony Morganti to inspect the home before they bought it. We talked with him and saw him use his fancy drone to inspect our roof. He explained to us that most inspectors don't get a good look at the roof but he had his drone so he could get a great look at it and take photos and everything. My wife and I were worried about the roof on the home we were buying so we hired Anthony to inspect the home we were buying. I told him I was worried about the roof while he was flying his drone. He inspected the home and specifically said the roof looked great. After we bought the home we found black mold in multiple places showing there were leaks in the roof and multiple windows. Three separate contractors looked at the house and they were shocked that the inspector did not notice issues and they said he should have recommended we speak with a contractor before buying the home. We are looking at over $20,000 in window repair, mold removal and roof replacement (the roof is in such bad shape it can't be repaired) One of the following three things happened; Anthony was in a hurry a passed up obvious problems, Anthony is incompetent, or he lied for some reason. It is August 2015 and so far Anthony has been mostly uncooperative in resolving this issue with us. We are most likely going to sue him for the repairs on our home that he should have caught. I had initially called Sure Look in September 2015 trying to find a company that can inspect a house that I was ready to close. I couldn't get on contact with anyone for over a week.
