Been coming here for years since they were at the smaller shop across the street. In April 2021 I had an issue with 2 bottles that I had brought immediately back to exchange because one was less than half full and another was about 300psi low. They gauged and changed the large bottle out since it was really low and the owner said he'd give me a refill for the smaller bottle next time since it was also low. A free refill was more than kind so I left happy. Well next time came 3 months later and the owner not only didnt want to give me the refill but he basically told me he remembered "switching a few bottles out for me" already. I only own one large straight argon bottle and one small mig bottle as I just do small fab work on cars. I've only had that issue one time and they have only switched that one single bottle out for me in over 10 years of me shopping there. I ended up paying for the refill but that will be the last time I support the business as I could totally understand forgetting the deal but to acuse me of being a scammer or a liar goes beyond simple mistakes and into the insulting territory. I have 2 degrees and work in radiology, I make enough money to not need to scam a small business out of a few 100 psi. Pictures attached of supposedly full bottles from 4/10/21. The victor gauge is on a small bottle they charged me $60 for and were supposedly going to give me the refill on. The Harris gauge is the large bottle they tested and exchanged. If the owner makes any deals with you be sure to get it in writing. -JB read more

the service is great. both guys were really nice and they get everything ready for you. problem is that it is very pricey. you can find most of their products online for cheaper than what they sell their stuff at. they are kind enough to give discounts if you're a student but even with that it still is pricier than other sellers. the stuff they sell is high quality and the servicing is always great, so the price never bothers me, but if you are balling on a budget maybe check online first or see if they price match. read more

Went in there yesterday to buy some equipment for my welder, and I'm a hobbyist when it comes to all this so there a lot that I don't know as far as equipment goes. I can't remember the last time that I had someone take their time to answer all of my questions, be patient as I can ask a lot of questions sometimes and not try to upsell me on anything that he had. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! Came into get my student weld supplies, you'd think knowing that I don't know cap about welding they would try to up sell me stuff, complete opposite. Robert, the guy working there hooked me up, awesome down to earth customer service. I was looking at the helmets, he told me how much easier life would be with the more expensive helmets but insisted I save myself money and learn with the basics.
