When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days. Because they have excellent reviews on Google, I decided to contact them in advance to schedule a pick-up from where we were staying in Bradenton Beach to Sarasota Airport for our trip back home. I received a message right away with the price quote and the info was updated right on my iPhone calendar once I accepted. On the day before the scheduled pick up, I called and sent a text message to Vintage to confirm our pick-up, and received confirmation that our pick-up was scheduled for the following day. On the day of the pick-up, our driver, Amber arrived right on time for pick-up. She was one of the nicest drivers that we've had the pleasure of using.
