Also, prior to the inspection, scheduling was very easy and customer service was great with them fitting me into a cancellation to get my inspection done sooner. We received our report later about 9 hours after our inspection was complete (and received our expedited mold report a day later), and the report is very thorough and easy to read. Edit: Some red flags for future readers - 1) this is the only home inspector of the five we reached out to who required full payment BEFORE the appointment. 2) he sent the original contract at midnight the night before he cancelled and cancelled it at 6:30pm, meaning he gave us less than 18 hours to read, sign and pay for a contract. 3) Since he cancelled on us last minute, I politely asked (pleaded, even) for him to reconsider - I said I would pay and sign then, but he denied us. This guy is probably sadistic or sociopathic at the least - it seemed he took pleasure in leaving us without help. 4) There are several typos in his reply above - keep in mind that this is who will be analyzing your home and writing your 100+ page inspection report. I used this company for a home inspection later last year. I was told about a lot of small things…read morelike a not properly installed/mounted plug in the access area in the wall for the HVAC. So, I thought this company was no joke... Which was an about $30,000 mistake. As I paid the extra fee for the "pool/spa inspection". The inspector had zero idea what he was doing with the pool "inspection". The pool turned out to be completely compromised. The plaster lining has to be replaced because there are cracks so that are leak leaking behind the plaster. The entire filter and heater are compromised. Everything has to be replaced.
