I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. If you are in need of detailing or a hand car wash, you should try them out. My van looks like a completely different van on the inside. They did an amazing job!

Look, I get that they pay a premium and should merit perks for paying the big bucks.. but if Moo-Moo values the bulk of their customers, who are not members, it would behoove them to give their members perks such as discounts and free car washes rather them moving them all through while the rest of us camp out for the duration. I watched as 3 or 4 cars in the privileged lane move ahead before the first vehicle in my lane got the go-ahead. Then more of them.. and more.. while only 2 cars in my line moved. And you're stuck; there are cars behind you and no way to back up or move around the lines. At one point, I counted 5 member cars get the go-ahead while the car at the front of my lane sat, un-moving, so I went into the member lane and got up to the front immediately, where I was able to exit the premises, and go home without a car wash. I will find another place to get my car washed.. one that doesn't treat a sizable portion of their customer base like steerage!

I've been a long-time Moo Moo Car Wash member with both my personal vehicle and my company car, and…read moretoday's experience was extremely disappointing. The employees assisting me were rude, impatient, and unhelpful. First I spoke with an older gentlemen (who appeared to be a manager) who looked upset because i stopped underneath the membership code scanner in front of the gate at the entrance. When i rolled down my window to figure out what was wrong, he said "now i can't get out", which would make more sense had they not put the booth exit he was standing in directly in front of the gate. Whatever. I continued to move through the gate into the car wash, when my vehicle's auto-brake kept engaging. I don't typically drive my company car, and the instructions given were unclear. I was told to "drive forward," but it was not explained that they wanted a single press of the gas to disengage the brake. Instead of calmly clarifying, the employee was rude and hostile. As a paying member for years, I expect basic professionalism and clear communication, especially when assisting customers with different vehicle features. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and abrasive. Because of this experience, I'm canceling both my personal and company memberships. Customer service matters, and today's interaction missed the mark entirely.
