Never again! It was crowded, with two long lines for the car wash. I am not a member, so I waited in the "not-member" line. And waited.. and waited.. and waited.. while the privileged members kept being put through. Look, I get that they pay a premium and should merit perks for paying the big bucks.. but if Moo-Moo values the bulk of their customers, who are not members, it would behoove them to give their members perks such as discounts and free car washes rather them moving them all through while the rest of us camp out for the duration. I watched as 3 or 4 cars in the privileged lane move ahead before the first vehicle in my lane got the go-ahead. Then more of them.. and more.. while only 2 cars in my line moved. And you're stuck; there are cars behind you and no way to back up or move around the lines. At one point, I counted 5 member cars get the go-ahead while the car at the front of my lane sat, un-moving, so I went into the member lane and got up to the front immediately, where I was able to exit the premises, and go home without a car wash. I will find another place to get my car washed.. one that doesn't treat a sizable portion of their customer base like steerage! read more

I have used this location a couple times now. Wash does a good job and staff is friendly. It's a bit back from I-70 and the other side of the Interstate from all the shopping but now consider it a hidden option. Staff is friendly on the interactions I had. To enter the wash you have to go thru the lot and back around to the left. I missed that on the first visit and make so much more sense after you understand it. It wasn't clearly marked but maybe i just missed reading something.I pay for the monthly unlimited as the price point is high for a single wash and you can use it at any location. read more

Went in to get my car washed in December. I was offered a "30 Day" membership for a little more than what I was going to spend. I asked if it was auto renewal and was told no. So, lied to. horrible quality ! last two times I ended up with my car dirtier than after going through the wash. it splattered dime size brown spots everywhere. last time I had to rewash my car by hand afterwards. I have a membership for the La Crème wash. For the amount Being charged, I expect a clean car. read more

A great carwash. Unique to ones I've visited before. I love that this one has free self-vacuuming! And you have hoses on each side of the car to use. And not weak suction like many! They have very friendly staff positioned in different locations to assist & guide you through the machine. Once you vacuum, you drive up to the console to select the wash you want and pay there. The machine equipment looks new & is well maintained. They even give you a free towel to wipe down any excess drops or for interior use. Btw, a simple wash is only $5! read more

If spending 30 minutes in line to get to the front of the car wash is your thing I guess that's not too bad. But I've had memberships at a variety of different car wash companies and I will never get a membership for the fact that the parking lot is so unorganized. I spent $22.00 on a car wash at Moo Moo in Pickerington on January 4. My tires had mud on them. When I left the car wash, the tires still had mud on them. I have not found a good car wash in the Columbus area. Moo Moo won't be my place to go! read more

Best place to go in Pickerington. Does notably better job that the touchless car wash. There are plenty of free vacuums that have more than adequate suction. If you wash your care often, the umlimited subscriptions make the cost a lot lower. There is a lane reserved for subscription holders that make getting the wash quick and efficient. read more

My daughter and I stopped by this Moo Moo Express Car Wash location over the weekend. We first pulled into a free parking spot where the vacuums are located as there was a long line for the car wash. Those vacuums are pretty powerful! My daughter and I were able to quickly vacuum the inside of my car. After vacuuming my car, we pulled into the car wash line. I went with the Creme De Le Creme car wash which is $18. With the car wash, you get a complimentary cleaning package (dash wipes, air freshener, etc). My daughter was also given a sucker. The attendants here provide wonderful service! We will definitely be back again soon! read more

Who cares about the Long Lines!? You cant beat the STRONG FREE VACUUMs and 5$ wash AND the 16$ unlimited monthly Wash plan. FRIENDLY HELPFUL staff, and plenty of vacuums. If the line is long it takes maybe 12-15 minutes thats it! read more

Clearly Pickerington needs more car wash options, this place is always packed as soon as the weather turns nice. Even though it gets crowded the line tends to move quickly. As with most "quick service" car washes it does a decent job but if you have an SUV or vehicle with a flat rear end (haha) it may not get too clean. There are other places in town that I visit that either brush the car before the wash or hand dry and the results are superior. Occasionally there is a $2 rebate on the "Whole" wash (usually $10) taking the cost down to $8 which is the same price as the next level down. read more

My car was filthy, badly in need of some TLC. I stopped by Moo Moo since it's the closest to work, and I've heard generally good things about their scrubbing "material" (some are known to scratch the car). 3 pm on a sunny afternoon, decent temp outside, and just after a big snow/icing, so I needed all the mud and road salt off! Decent job. I got the $13 wash, a step down from the deluxe one. Included and under car wash and a few other added things. I did pull to the side after coming off the conveyer belt. Several nooks and crannies that didn't even get water, but nothing major. If you get a wash, you can use the vacuums for free, but I passed, as all 10-12 were occupied. This car wash is usually always packed on the weekends and right after major weather happenings. I'm sure I'll be back before long - Ohio weather during the winter-to-spring transition usually does a number on everyone's clean cars! read more

This place is only busy due to there convenient location right on the main drag. The car wash received is always poor with multiple missed spots no matter what wash I purchase. Maybe if the workers would scrub down the car a bit before entering the wash things would be better. The workers are friendly though and are always offering my kids candy. My windshield had bugs from a road trip 2 days ago and still had the same amount of bugs after a wash. Very poor wash! Try having your workers scrub down the front of the car to at least help the chances of a decent wash. read more

This location scratched our brand new vehicle. Management refused to cover the damage and the district manager didn't have the courage to call me. We now use aqua spa. My truck looks better that it ever did after a Moo Moo wash. They prep your car prior to the wash and they have a touch less wash too! Thanks for the way we were treated Moo Moo. I have been a regular customer at this establishment since it opened some years ago in Pickerington. Never any issues. Staffis extremely pleasant and helpful. One must experience the Creme de la Creme wash. Talk about pampering your car! It will look like it came off of the show room floor. Car wash damaged my aftermarket Spoiler. Filed a claim waiver and received a call a week later from the manager that he would review the surveillance tapes to see what he could do. Another week later no call back. I was recommended to try this wash for the underbody wash to get salt off the undercarriage and thought it'd be a good idea. That's real carbon fiber cracked in the picture. I chose the most expensive wash and not only was my car damaged, the whole trunk, rear bumper, and license plate area was missed. It's a shame because the rest to the car looked pretty damn clean. I've always used touchless car wash's for the fear of them scratching my car so this was my first time at one like this. I was greeted before entering and asked if I had been there before which I haven't And was stopped so employees could figure out if my car could go through with a spoiler (yes I overheard that specifically). That should of been my red flag to leave but was assured by an employee that it would be alright and was prompted to get in line and go through. I did feel a rough bump toward the end of that wash and assumed it was the car rubbing on the track (?), anyways I didn't think much of it at the time until I saw damage. Car wash does a good job. My main complaint is the foul odor that comes from this place. On occasion your car will keep the stench of dirty water for most of the day after it has been washed. I work nearby and have to smell this odor every time I walk outside. I have never had this problem at different locations and have complained of this numerous times with no reply. Beats a hand wash, convenience wise, but that's about it. The brushes miss the same areas on my car all the time, so i end up hand washing it. It would be nice if they did a pre-wash like many other washes do, and the attendant sprays a pre-treatment and uses a brush on the hard to clean spots. Friendly staff, long lines if its remotely nice out....it does miss spots at times, and youll have people that come in & go straight to the vacuums instead of the wash, so although not often, it appears people come to just use the vacuums.
