Enter Coach Bryson at Sacrifice Training. He truly knows his stuff! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and effective, he somehow made the training fun. Yes, my daughter looked forward to her training, in the Texas heat, in July! Coach Bryson made her sessions enjoyable with his chill vibe (my daughter's words) and good-natured sense of humor. He made her laugh through the pain. LOL! After every session, she was pumped and confident! My daughter ended up receiving a lot of great college offers to play soccer, and she committed to her dream school! The facility was clean, and the coaches and other members were very friendly, making you feel right at home! You can tell the coaches really enjoy what they do. Coach Bryson is an excellent communicator, very organized, and did his best to work with our crazy schedule. THANK YOU, Coach Bryson, for running a great gym and training program. I highly recommend booking an eval. Let Coach Bryson take you to the next level. He absolutely did with my athlete!

Several years ago my family went through something very traumatic that left me holding on mentally for dear life. So physically I went downhill and gained a lot of weight. I tried other gyms and other trainers to help me out of my rut over the years. I tried many diets too. Nothing clicked. None of it helped physically AND mentally. It only seemed to help physically which would lead me in a downward spiral mentally after a few short weeks. BBD works with all ages and all athletic abilities. They require you to commit for the long haul. No more fads, no more trying to get skinny. It's about building a new and improved you from the inside out while also seeing physical results that follow. Fred has taught me a whole new way to workout that has given me so much more confidence than I thought possible. My only regret is not finding this place sooner! I cannot wait to see my wins a year from now! One workout at a time!!

The gym gets the job done but they have a severe lack of equipment and much of the equipment is…read moreused and abused. They only have a single bench for bench press. It's usually in use. It's also disgusting and unsanitary how many guys work out there shirtless getting insane amounts of sweat on everything. Finally, and most frustrating, it's hard to get in. There should be an easy way to get in during normal business hours, but that's not the case. I went here for about two years because I liked using the hockey rink for sprint workouts and farmers carry and sled pushes, but they removed most of it and the space isn't that functional anymore. Most of the time, there are small children running around making things like squats tricky because they just show up next to you. They love to say it's $20/mo but that's basically the same price as the local Gold's and Anytime Fitness. Mostly the low rating is because they won't let me cancel my membership. I've moved out of state, and they want me to go in person to cancel. I've called and left messages, sent emails, and I continue to get emails asking for payment.

The gym is literally in a massive garage and has all the free weights, equipment, that you would access in a big box gym plus some equipment I still don't understand how it works. The vibe in the gym is inviting and all types of people come in to workout from weightlifters, cardio junkies, small group of friends keeping each other accountable, new to the gym goers. When I relocated back to Texas during the pandemic I wanted to make sure I connected with a personal trainer that understood the type of workouts I was doing previously, weight loss and strength goals, consistency, and using the gym for mental health. I researched gyms near me and came across Coach Andre's profile and reached out for a free consultation, I signed up on the spot for 3 sessions a week. In the last year I lost 30 lbs, can do a pull up (one, but it's a good one lol) ,and increased mobility and flexibility. I understand people can be intimidated to join a gym let alone hire a personal trainer but if you are looking to take that first step to wards a healthier (I still eat tacos, drink margaritas) lifestyle contact Coach Andre because he will meet you where you are today and help you meet your goals. I know this sounds corny but will share anyway, Coach Andre is a consistent person in my life and as much hell I give him he's not just my coach but my friend!

I was visiting AF in Texas Round rock and, while the facility itself has potential, my experience…read moreraised serious concerns about fairness, communication, and overall professionalism. I was reminded by Sergi to return a farmer's rack to its proper place, which I understand and take responsibility for. Once it was explained, I made it clear that I would follow protocol moving forward. However, what I found unnecessary was the constant follow up through text messages. Even after acknowledging the issue and agreeing to correct it, I continued to receive a second reminder. At that point, it stopped feeling like a simple clarification and started to feel like harassment. On top of that, there is a larger issue with equipment access. There is only one Smith machine, and during my workout it was occupied for an extended period by a trainer and her group. When I raised the concern, I was told by Sergi that trainers have priority because their clients pay both a training fee and a membership. As a paying visitor, that was frustrating to hear. Whether someone is a member or a guest, everyone is paying to use the facility and should have reasonable access to equipment. First come first serve is understandable, but allowing one group to dominate a single high demand machine without rotation makes it difficult for others to complete their workouts. I was told I could ask to work in, which I will do next time, but there should also be some level of awareness and courtesy from trainers and their groups when using limited equipment. Additionally, the ladies made the environment extremely loud, which made it difficult to focus and train effectively. I am more than willing to respect gym policies, but I also expect clear, respectful communication and fair access to equipment in return. Hopefully Mr. Sergi takes a closer look at both how members are addressed and how shared space is managed, because the current approach does not reflect well on the gym.

I've always had positive experiences respectful staff, professional communication, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this location. Today I forgot to re-rack a curl bar. I normally always re-rack my weights, but this time I genuinely forgot. As I was walking out, an employee stopped me and said, "Hey, is this you?" referencing the curl bar. I immediately apologized and told him it was my mistake. What made the situation uncomfortable was what happened next. He pulled up camera footage and proceeded to look me up in the system, mentioning that I was visiting from California. The speed and manner in which he accessed my information felt excessive and unnecessary for what was a simple oversight that I had already taken responsibility for. There's a professional way to handle situations like this a simple reminder would have been sufficient. Instead, the interaction felt investigative and awkward. I won't be returning to this location. Thankfully, I have access to a gym at my condo complex and won't need to deal with that kind of environment again. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future, because it doesn't reflect the positive experiences I've had at other Anytime Fitness locations.

Holy squats! Her class is high energy, fun, and challenging! This should not be a deterrent!! Ana is a wonderful instructor; she's passionate, motivating, and keeps you on your toes. She watches all the newbies to make sure everyone is doing well. She is very interactive and will go to you mid-dance to correct your form and cheer you on. I don't think I've ever had am instructor like her. What's even more impressive (crazy), she teaches 16 classes a week and she never seems tired! I've tried her Zumba class, her 90 minute Saturday Zumba, and her Zumba toning classes and they were all fantastic. I think I'll wait to try the Insanity class until I'm sure I won't pass out.
