I was sent to this store by my employer to complete a prepaid Live Scan service. I was advised to…read moreshow the agent my Live Scan form, which included the barcode, code, and token confirming that the service had already been prepaid. When I arrived on September 4, 2026, the employee at the counter was handling another customer and mentioned that another employee had not come in that morning. Once she was available, I showed her my Live Scan form and explained that I had been directed to this location by my employer. The employee immediately told me, "We don't do this here." I politely asked if she could provide me with more information or explain what paperwork I needed. Instead, she appeared frustrated, handed my paperwork back to me roughly, and did not initially provide any useful information about where I should go or what I needed. When I asked for clarification, she stated that she had never seen the form and that I needed a different paper. I attempted to call my employer to clarify the situation, but the employee walked away. I also asked for her name so that I could report the situation to my supervisor. She gave me the name "Neeula," although I cannot confirm that this was her correct name, and she would not provide the manager's name. What was especially disappointing was the difference in the way customers appeared to be treated. I observed her being much more helpful toward another customer while my questions were met with frustration and what I felt was dismissive behavior. As an African American customer, I was left concerned that my treatment may have been influenced by my race. I cannot state that this was the reason, but the difference in treatment was concerning and made me uncomfortable. I ultimately went to the UPS location down the street on Lincoln, where I received excellent customer service. The employees there explained the process, assisted me with the Live Scan, and provided me with a receipt. I understand that employees can have difficult or stressful days, especially when working short-staffed. However, customers should still be treated respectfully and provided with reasonable assistance or clear information about what they need to do. I am submitting this complaint because I believe management should be aware of what occurred and review whether the employee was properly trained to handle prepaid Live Scan services and customer interactions. I will not be returning to this location based on my experience.

I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.

When I need help deciding the size of something, they're very informative and I love that they don't try to up charge anything. They're honest and helpful always. I will continue to use this specific UPS store location an I recommend it to any neighbors and friends in the same area.

They were quietly discontinued between 2020-2022. But there's a couple on the internet, such as Amazon. I was told to go to this store to have the sticker printed out. The minute I walked in, it was cold and it almost smelled like a freshly painted house. It reminded me of the time I moved into my new home with my family. The female employee was kind and straightforward with me as I explained to her why I need to return this. Then she told me how to get a QR code but because it was a return replacement order. There wasn't a QR code. So she told me to call customer service. But I insisted on just paying this whole thing and get it over with. There was another family walking in, and the woman was holding some papers for Notary reasons. The female employee told me that she had to handle the customers with notary and that her male colleague would help me. Her male colleague got everything printed out and put my pencils into a blue bag to be shipped out to Amazon. The price was $6.49. $2 for the bag and $4 for the return sticker label. Good thing it wasn't expensive. I told him my story and he was incredibly understanding.
