I just want to say how unacceptable it is to charge someone $62 to send a refrigerated item (that I had to buy special packaging and dry ice for), be told that it would be delivered on a certain day and have it show up so late that everything in the box was ruined. SO not acceptable. And the crazy thing is I was originally going to be charged over $200. Thank the Lord I didn't go for that option. read more

I came in today to get a LiveScan. The service was quick and efficient. The pricing however, is super expensive. They charged me $130 for a LiveScan. $30 for the scan itself and additionally the charge from the agency running the scans. The only charge discussed with me was $30 for the fee. I paid and left. When I checked my account I realized they had charged $130! This is a learning experience for me as my friend went to another LiveScan location off of Lincoln & Magnolia and got the same service for a total of $80. They did not charge him additional fees for the same service. While I would like to return to this location, I will not. This is a very scummy thing to do with customers. As these prices are double market value I have also reported it to the BBB. I hope others read this and aren't scammed like me. read more

Customers should not have to pay $2.00 for tapping up the box especially if it's only 1box. I can understand if it's more then 3 boxes and having to buy a tape for $4.99 plus taxes just to tape up your box is wrong. I use to work for FedEx and we don't charge customers because they bring us business. I use to think customers were wrong when they told me of the tapping charge that they have to pay. Two weeks ago I had brought in a small box I didn't have tape the clerk looked at me and said next time have the box tape up. Seriously you don't speak to customers that way at all that's not customer service. Now I understand why people don't like to use UPS. read more

I'd steer clear of this place, not only because of the price, but also because of how they conduct business. $45 for four passport photos. I made an appointment for passport photos. After specifying the country i needed the pictures for the staff member did a quick Google search and found that I'd need a smaller size than the standard 2x2..specifically 3.5cm x 4.5cm. I appreciated the effort and confirmed the adjustment, especially since the website noted that both sizes are accepted. After waiting 20 minutes...I was rung up for $45 for four photos. That was the first time I learned there was a price difference for getting these images cut to a "smaller size". No mention upfront, no clarity about an "upcharge," just a vague explanation that it was because they had to cut the photos by hand it was more expensive. If you were going to charge me $9 to cut up the images i would have done it myself. Cutting by hand is not a premium service, it's basic. What matters here isn't the cost, but the lack of transparency and professionalism. If you're going to offer any kind of adjustment or service beyond the standard, communicate that clearly. Respect people's time and trust. read more

Pretty convenient location. People are helpful. Place has a really strong incense smell. Don't come at 9am as the few times I did come thinking they'd be open by then, they're never open. They're usually a little late opening. Other than that, customer service is top notch. read more

By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the "main distribution center" due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers. I have asked this store if I overwhelm them. Never once! They are amazing. This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. They always greet me personally and it really means a lot! I only go to this store. The drivers are amazing as well. Keep it up guys. You help small business owners like me more than you know. They are accurate and scan in all my products and give me a receipt for every single item. It helps me keep track of my shipments as well. This UPS makes up their own fees for items you are shipping out for Amazon. They then will also mark up returns you send out that already have a prepaid label and are free to return to Amazon for size or weight of item. If you're reading this, don't come to this location. They try to take your money and amazons money. Super shady! read more

Did a live scan at the store, was surprised to find a $5.00 charge for using credit card. While the attendants were courteous, patient, and I would have been happy to pay for it, it would have been nice to have been informed before the charge. read more

Came in during a busy time. Covid precautions were maintained. However, the staff member was scanning multiple people's QR code's and packages at the same time and both the person in front of me and I had shown the staff member which one is our package so the shipping labels don't get mixed up. Well..... received noticed from the receiver of my package that it was not the item intended. I tried to file a claim with UPS and it wasn't carried out because there was no "evidence" Very upsetting that my item which was a gift is now in someone else's hands and there's no way for it to be sent back! Neelu and Widu are so freaking awesome! They do notary and fingerprinting as well!!! I know they also do passport photos too :) It's a one stop shop! I have to apply to 17 states for reciprocity and to do all those 22 fingerprints.. . By INK!!! Neelu is amazing!!!!! I love her!!! This UPS store location is run very efficiently, and unlike some other locations has services that are offered updated on their website. I booked a livescan appointment at another location a day in advance and when I got there was informed that they don't even do livescans anymore and couldn't be bothered to contact me to let me know, leaving me scrambling; luckily for me the ups store on the corner of Euclid and Crescent does it. I got a new passport photo, my livescan fingerprinting, and sent out some mail all in less than 10 minutes. read more

Terrible customer service. "LOST" package. I tracked my package and it was stated that it was delivered at this store with proof of delivery with the time and date it was delivered and that it was received by NEELU. I went to the store for Neelu to tell me that she doesn't have my package which makes no sense as it was signed off by her. I spoke to other people in the company and they told me that she should have it.. it's part of the process when you sign it off. Now I have to file a claim because she thinks it's lost. I don't think my package is lost at all. I think she has the intention to not give it to me and decided to change the status to lost. read more
